Hi everyone. We have been posting in the polls section and just wanted some insight. We chose Daphne for baby girl #1 and have been really struggling to come up with her twin sister's name. The options on the table right now are Daphne&Elise, (nn Elsie) Daphne&Maia and Daphne&Irina. We really loved the name Elsie but were concerned it wouldn't age well so we decided we should go with Elise as her full name. My husband loves Elsie but isn't sold on Elise, so we might be switching Elise to a middle name.Which first name do you think goes the best with Daphne and/or is your favorite of our choices?We will probably use some form of the remaining choices as the girls' middle names. Thank you so much!

Daphne&Elise nn Elsie

Daphne&Irina

Daphne&Maia

What we are thinking of now is possibly using Daphne Irina Hanson and Maia Elise (nn Elsie) Hanson.What are your thoughts on these combinations?Thank you so much for any ideas!-The Hansons

I think Daphne & Maia go really well together. I also like Daphne & Elsie...other potential full names for Elsie (Elsa, Elisabeth, Elspeth). I also think just Elle would work for a full name that would age really well and goes nicely with Daphne. You could also go use a middle name beginning with C, so Elle C. "Elsie" would work for a nickname. But I also think Maia Elise is lovely. Good Luck!

I agree with Katie. I love Daphne and Maia together. They're beautiful names. I love Irina and Elise too (but not a fan of Elsie, as it reminds me of the cow), it's just that Maia is a better fit with Daphne. Maia Elise would be totally gorgeous!
