Rhys Mackenzie, Huntley Nolan, Henry Rhys and Riley Blake. Last name starts with an S. Current sibling = Preston Charles. My favorite names right now are Rhys, Mackenzie and Henry. Any other suggestions welcome =)

Rhys Mackenzie - seems too unisex, leaning feminine in my opinion.
Huntley Nolan - Huntley seems very made up, I like Hunter, though. Maybe Hatley? But I really like Hunter Nolan and Hatley Nolan
Henry Rhys - Not a good flow, because Henry ends in "-ry" and Rhys begins with the "Ry-" sound.
Riley Blake - seems very undistinguished. Not bad, but nothing to get excited about.

Have you thought about double middle names? Henry Nolan Mackenzie is a very nice combo :)

I think you're on a good track, I generally like your names and I LOVE  Rhys and Nolan.
But here are my thoughts:

Rhys Mackenzie - I agree with Addy, it leans towards the Feminine spectrum of Unisex names. I don't care for Mackenzie, perhaps Rhys Mathew?

Huntley Nolan - I much prefer Hunter Nolan or Harley Nolan. Or even reversed: Nolan Hunter or Nolan Harley.

Henry Rhys - I like it. I think Rhys Henry is nice too.

Riley Blake - It's not my cup of tea. I don't think of it aging well for a man.

Rhys Mackenzie- love the name Rhys in this spelling but Mackenzie is all girl for me so it definitely throws off the combo imo
Huntley Nolan- not sure that I'm a fan of Huntley but I could warm up to it, I think it sounds nice paired with Nolan. Hunter Nolan sounds good too.
Henry Rhys- I actually really like this combo, I love both names separate and together. Have you considered Rhys Henry because I think it's just as great.
Riley Blake- I really like this combo but it is very unisex, and when I read it my brain first thinks 'girl'
