I've always had a little crush on Roland. I think it is fantastic, especially if paired with a more "modern" sounding middle. I also love the nicknames: Rollo, Rollie, Rand, Land...

I love Roland, and always have, If you want to use a nickname, I like Rollo and Rand, but honestly I think it's better without a nickname.
