We're very stuck on Jolie vs. Juno vs. Jade. But we're reaching a point where maybe we need to consider something different. After two polls, we haven't been convinced or made up our minds.

We want J names because that's a trend in my husband's family. We chose Vida's name because my name is Zoé, and my mother's name is Eve, so we followed the trend and used a name that means life.

My husband's family doesn't have a trend, but his name, his mother's and grandmother's start with J, so we're going for that. We want something short, with either a touch of Spanish or French in it is possible, but it isn't a must.

I've been thinking of Joie, instead of Jolie. It's not a legitimate name, but rather the French word for Joy. It seems to match Vida rather nicely, although people might a bit confused as to how to pronounce it, it's not impossible. It seems very usable, and we live in a place diverse and multicultural enough that it won't be shocking to people.

Thank you for your help so far!

I like Juno too and think it matches your other daughter's name.

Hana, means "bliss, happiness" in Arabic.

I also think "just" Joy would be nice.

Good luck!
