My cousin is stuck on how to spell Leya if one of her twins is a girl. She likes Leya, Laya,Laia, and Laiya. Its going to be pronounced lay-uh. She's open to suggestions. But she does not like Leia.

I would do Laya.
I would pronounce Leya as Lee-uh
Laia and Laiya would be pronounced lye-uh.

The one I'd most likely pronounce like that is Laya.
With pronunciation, I'm the same as above!
