Hey guys. So...creative writing class is blowing my mind right now, we're pumping out so many stories at once! Anyways, I'm running out of name ideas super quickly. So, I come to you! :)

Latest project is taking cliches and making them into a decent story. I was given Romance as the category, and here's what I've got so far...

The guy is 34. He's a college literature professor and works on cars in his spare time. He's got brown hair and sky blue eyes. He's super down to earth. (I packed in a few cliches here, lol!)

HIM:

Uno | Dos | Tres | Quatro | Cinco

The girl is 20, one of guy's students. She's got blonde hair and dark blue eyes. She jokes around some, but she's mostly serious. She's a big adventurer, she isn't afraid of anything. She's definitely on the quieter side, but at the same time she loves people and would take a bullet for a stranger. Her favorite things to do include traveling, kayaking, urban exploring, etc

HER:

Uno | Dos | Tres | Quatro

And, of course, when they met and started falling for each other, neither knew the other's age or that he was to be her teacher. Think Derek and Meredith on Grey's Anatomy, or Ezra and Aria on Pretty Little Liars. It's against university code for a teacher to be with a student, etc, etc.

Thinking maybe one of these for him, but would love more suggestions:

Salem ___

Elijah___

Colin___

Graham___

Fraser___

Anders___

Levi___

Hudson___

Isaac___

Peter___

Abraham___

and maybe for his surname:

Collier

Eden

Holland

Noeth

Graham

Elliot

Sennett

Weaver

Bond

Ferguson

Sayer

aaaaand for the girl, I have no idea!

Thank you for the input, all!

xo Addy

I'd call the guy Isaac "Zac." Kind if cliche considering all the heartthrob Zac's out there. For the girl, something either uncommon that catches your attention or a name that doesn't align with her birth date, such as Marley or Delia. Also Kira or Lena would be pretty. Uncommon names include Margot, Raina, Brynna, Chiara, Danica, or Vanna. For the last name for the boy I'd pick Boyd or DeLuca. From your list Collier is cool. For the girl Chiaro (Latin for light), Jordak, Redmond, Shane, or Halstrom. Good luck with your story!

Sooo...

I'm thinking maybe Isaac Halstrom, Elijah Noeth, Salem Hudson, Peter Holland, or Elijah Collier.

For her, I'm still pretty stumped. I like Marley a lot. It just doesn't feel like "the" name if you know what I mean. It gets me thinking, though.

I like Isaac Halstrom (mostly because I suggested it  :)) for the boy. For the girl, some that are similar in style and/or "feel":

Halle

Lily

Carly

Allie

Keely

Lena

Riley

Grace

Phoebe

Rachel

Jane

Rebecca "Becca"

As for the "right name" (and I'm sure you've heard this before), there isn't always one. Sometimes you just have to choose and the name with grow with the character. I'm thinking something nicknamey if this doesn't help you. Good luck!

I'm really liking Halle, Riley, and Grace!

Here's what I'm thinking now:

Isaac Collier & Halle Spencer

OR

Elijah Collier & Grace Flannery

I prefer the way Isaac Halstrom sounds to Isaac Collier, but I don't want "Mr. Halstrom and Halle." :o

Oh, yeah, that would be kind of weird! Isaac Collier and Halle Spencer are very cute! As for Elijah, I'd call him Eli. Eli and Grace are adorable!

I second the vote on Isaac Collier and Halle Spencer. As for the pictures go I like cinco for the guy and tres for the girl.
