Clementine Zoe
Mabel Caroline
Maeve Isabel
Harriet
Jane
Nora Juliet
Phoebe Delilah (not sure if I want this combo to stay though)
Grier
Alright. So names I'm contemplating.... Could I get thoughts and opinions? Also opened to suggestions
Elmira
Violetta (VEE-oh-let-ta)
Edith
Rosalind
Eleanora (rather than Eleanor?)
Ada (ah as in apple, then duh I guess)
Flora
Guinevere
Madeleine "Minnie"
Gemma
Maya
Hazel
Mercy
Millie
This is all I've got so far, and I imagine not many of them will make it until tomorrow... I'm always indecisive. Anyway, thoughts?? I'd kinda like to have the same feel with these as I've mentioned with Clementine Zoe... where I feel as if Clementines got that old fashioned flair, Zoe feels more modern but it suits Clementine just because they both have a french feel as well as something else.. idk! Zoe gives it some "zest"
Thanks so much!!

Mabel Caroline - I feel like there are too many syllables in the combo, just because of the sounds in each name more than anything else. Mabel needs a softer middle name IMO, Caroline's hard C beginning is too harsh for it. Mabel Sophia has the same amount of syllables but sounds better to me.
Maeve Isabel - I like this combo, but I don't know about Isabel in the middle spot with Maeve. I also prefer the spelling Isobel, but thats just me.
Harriet - Love, considering adding to my list, with nn Hattie of course. Harriet Isla, Harriet Elsa, Harriet Ophelia, Harriet Lyla, Harriet Willow/Willa, Harriet Opal, Harriet Ada, Harriet Nora.
Jane - Tbh, Jane has been growing on me lately. I'm definitely considering using it as a middle for one of my girls because it honours so many people. Jane Eloise, Jane Ophelia, Jane Lorelai. It's hard to think of middles for Jane, it always struck me as a better middle tbh.
Nora Juliet - Another combo of yours I love. It flows well, and the styles fit together beautifully.
Phoebe Delilah - I like this, although it doesn't strike me as much as Clementine Zoe or Nora Juliet. It flows well though.
Grier - I'm not a fan of this, sorry. The sound just isn't for me. Grier Eloise, Grier Sophie, Grier Juliet, Grier Finola, Grier Tatum, Grier Emily.
Elmira - I always want to say Elvira when I see this name lol, idk why. It's pretty but nms,. Elmira Jane, Elmira Willow, Elmira Sophie, Elmira June, Elmira Anne, Elmira Olive, Elmira Daphne.
Violetta - Pretty, but again, nms. Violetta Grier, Violetta Jane, Violetta Sophie, Violetta Alice, Violetta Zoe, Violetta Charlotte.
Edith - A bit too old for me, but still nice with nn Edie. Edith Charlise, Edith Yasmine, Edith Zoe, Edith Sarai, Edith Finola, Edith Marley, Edith Caitlin.
Rosalind - Love! I found out that my mum wanted to name my baby sister this, but my stepdad rejected it :-( Rosalind Aria, Rosalind Iris, Rosalind Viola, Rosalind Elena, Rosalind Maia (my-uh), Rosalind Mia.
Eleanora - Neither this nor Eleanor are really for me, but they age really well. Eleanora Sophie, Eleanora Diane, Eleanora Jodie, Eleanora Josie, Eleanora Winslet.
Ada - I like this, it's short and sweet, reminds me a bit Nora. Ada Juliet, Ada Emmeline, Ada Josephine, Ada Madeleine, Ada Susannah, Ada Penelope, Ada Charlise.
Flora - A bit too cutesy for me, but it's pretty. Flora Elisabeth, Flora Jodie, Flora Marie, Flora Xanthe, Flora Zoe, Flora Madeleine.
Guinevere - On my GP list. I love it's sound, and it's connection with the legend of King Arthur. Guinevere Zoe, Guinevere Iris, Guinevere Lyra, Guinevere Nell, Guinevere Ada.
Madeleine "Minnie" - Madeleine is pretty, and the nn Minnie is adorable. Madeleine Willow, Madeleine Sarah, Madeleine Chloe, Madeleine Zara, Madeleine Susannah, Madeleine Darcy.
Gemma - My cousin's name, so I'm biased lol. It's very pretty, and I can see it ageing well. Gemma Mary Margaret (I had to lol), Gemma Adeline, Gemma Sophie, Gemma Yasmine, Gemma Harriet, Gemma Katelyn, Gemma Iris, Gemma Olive.
Maya - I prefer Maia, but Maya is cute too. Maya Georgiana, Maya Elise, Maya Harlow, Maya Josie, Maya Juliet, Maya Jasmine.
Hazel - I've loved this for a long time, I just think it's so cute. Hazel Evangeline, Hazel Imogen, Hazel Clara, Hazel Juliet, Hazel Sienna, Hazel Sierra, Hazel Aria.
Mercy - Not really a fan of this, but I recently discovered Mercer, which I think is cute with the nn Mercy. Mercy Jasmine, Mercy Elspeth, Mercy Fiona, Mercy Tatum, Mercy Jessica.
Millie - Cute but I prefer it as a nn. It could be a cute nn for Matilda, or even Clementine nn Millie. It's a bit of a stretch but it works, at least in my mind. Millie Fiona, Millie Georgina, Millie Samantha, Millie Rowena, Millie Tabitha, Millie Adriana, Millie Adrienne, Millie Finola.
Hope this helps!

Mabel Caroline - I love this combo, too! Very sweet.
Maeve Isabel -
Harriet - Really not a fan, but Hattie is adorable.
Jane - So simple and elegant, it's refreshing comparted to all the "kre8ive" and "yooneek" names out there
Nora Juliet - I strongly considered this combo for a very long time, I love it!
Phoebe Delilah - this combo seems like a bit much, but it's not terrible.
Grier - Really don't like this name, no offense
Alright. So names I'm contemplating.... Could I get thoughts and opinions? Also opened to suggestions
Elmira - not my style
Violetta (VEE-oh-let-ta) - really pretty, but as a first name I think you'd get a lot of pronunciation trouble, people calling her VYE-oh-let-ta.
Edith - LOVE! So lovely
Rosalind - Nice, but I prefer Rosalie.
Eleanora - Ehh, I prefer Eleanor
Ada (ah as in apple, then duh I guess) - I've never heard that pronunciation, I've always heard Aye-duh
Flora - Pretty and would age amazingly well <3
Guinevere - very nice
Madeleine "Minnie" - I love the name, but I'm not a fan of Minnie
Gemma - not my style
Maya - I prefer Kaia, but not awful
Hazel - I can't picture this on anyone under 50, honestly
Mercy - pretty and nicely uncommon!
Millie - Not my style
So overall, my favorite combos are Maeve Isabel & Nora Juliet, and I think you should add Edith and Flora to your list.
Amazing list!

Mabel Caroline- Mabel is very cute! I think Caroline goes well with it.
Maeve Isabel- Maeve isn't really my style. I think it flows well with Isabel though.
Harriet- Never been a huge fan of Harriet, but I love the nickname Hattie. Harriet Amelia, Harriet Audrey, Harriet Jane
Jane- Jane is nice, but I've always seen if more as a midle name.
Nora Juliet- Love! They are perfect with each other and sound amazing! It's a very timeless name that will work at all ages.
Phoebe Delilah- I like both names, but together they seem a little off. Phoebe Isabel, Phoebe Caroline, Phoebe Genevieve, Delilah Hazel, Delilah Mirabel
Grier- I like Grier, but like the spelling Greer more. I really like Hadley Greer. Grier Evangeline, Grier Charlotte, Grier Emmeline are all pretty too.
Elmira- Not really my style, I agree it reminds me too much of Elvira.
Violetta (VEE-oh-let-ta)- I also wanted to pronounce it VYE-oh-let-ta. Either way it's a pretty name.
Edith- Too old lady for me, Edie is cute.
Rosalind- So pretty! Rosalind Grier, Rosalind Hazel, Rosalind Delilah, Rosalind Maeve, Rosalind Jane.
Eleanora- I like this a little more than just Eleanor. Plus you can always call her Nora.
Ada (ah as in apple, then duh I guess)- I've always pronounced this Aye-duh. Ada Rosalind is cute!
Flora- Not my style. Reminds me too much of biology class with Flora and Fauna lol
Guinevere- I like this, but prefer it more as a middle. Hazel Guinevere would be cute.
Madeleine "Minnie"- Love Madeleine and Minnie is absolutely adorable!
Gemma- I met a baby Gemma and fell in love with the name. Gemma Madeleine, Gemma Rosalind, Gemma Caroline, Gemma Charlotte
Maya- Maya is cute! However, it does seem to be becoming trendy lately.
Hazel- Hazel is gorgeous! I think it'd be refreshing to hear on a little girl.
Mercy- Not a huge fan of Mercy.
Millie- Millie is adorable! Matilda nn Millie is great!

I like Mabel Sophia I'm not sure if its "the one", but it is pretty <3
Haha I'd call my Harriet "Hattie" as well, of course Ohh I like Harriet Elsa, Harriet Ophelia, Harriet Lyra (instead of Lila), Harriet Ada, and Harriet Nora. Though Harriet Ophelia may be perfect, I really love it
Jane is a tough one, honestly I don't even mind it as a middle name instead as its so difficult to find a first for it. Actually like I really like Eloise Jane!
I think I'd use Grier as a middle name as well, it sounds middle namey to me <3 Nothing sticks out to me quite yet, but thanks anyway! <33
Violetta Grier could be nice! I like Violetta Zoe as well but Clementines got Zoe so thats a no go.
I like Edith Charlise, Edith Yasmine, and Edith Marley <3
Aw, Rosalinds so pretty though!! I'm sure your sis's current name is real pretty too, but I love Rosalind <3 Rosalind Maia is really cute though!! I think I'd spell it Maya as it'd look a little cleaner after Rosalind. Rosalind Maya! <3
Eleanora Winslet is gorgeous and right on track to "spicing" it up! I like!
Ada Juliet, Ada Madeleine, and Ada Charlise are all real pretty. I think Charlise would spice Ada up a little more than the others. I like!
I think I might put Flora as a middle name, as it is a little cutesy. Like Elisabeth Flora would sound doable more than Flora Elisabeth, you know? Reminds me I kinda like Xanthe though, but as a GP and as a middle name at that lol
Guinevere Ada is pretty, I do like.
Madeleine Willow is nice, but I'm not sure <3
Gemma Sophie is darling, hehe! I really like it <3 I also like Gemma Yasmine or Gemma Olive <3 Cute!
I do like both spellings, tbh. I guess it depends on the combo to flow before / after it as to which spelling I prefer <3 Maya Harlow is pretty
Hazel Evangeline is so pretty, but I'm unsure if I can use Evangeline <3
Oh I like Elspeth as well! Not sure if I love it with Mercy, but its another name to think about!
Hm, I never thought of Millie as a nick name for Clementine. I just assumed Clem hehe <3 Or Emmy. Hmm! Its nice to have options.. It is a stretch though. Ive even thought of Clementine nick name Minnie. I don't love Matilda though </3
So far, I'm loving Harriet Ophelia and Gemma Sophie a lot <3 And I'm debating my love for a few others... I'll have to mull them over for a little while

Hehe I love Clem as well, I used to find it clunky but it really grew on me <3
Mm, I vaguely wondered about that. To me, it looks obvious that its no longer VYE at the beginning, but it wouldn't be obvious to everyone. Its Italian, and I think the Italian language doesn't have the "eye" sound to the letter I, only the "EEE" sound. But again, not everyone knows.
I always thought it was AY-duh, but then I watched "A Bugs Life" from disney with Princess Ada, and technically Adelaide and Adele are both pronounced ah-del-aide and ah-dell respectively. I guess Aye-duh would technically be Aida <3
Minnie is there to honor my bestie Yasmine She went by Minnie as a kid <3
Hehe, I feel like the majority of names on my list are names of people older then 50.. heck, a lot of them are older then 90! <3
Aw thanks so much! Ah and just thinking of it, Maeve and Nora would make great sib sets. Then the middles would match perfectly too. Haha

Harriet Audrey is nice, hmm! <3
I like Delilah Hazel alright, and Phoebe Carolines cute except Caroline already has a combo <3
Mm, see reply to Addy's post on my whole pronunciation thing
Oh, Rosalind Grier is a great option as well!
I kinda like Eleanora for the same reason, nick name Nora Though not sure if I'd want to spell it different.. does it look clunky? Elanora, Elenora? Idk. Random thought that just popped to mind <3
Hmm, maybe it depends on the country? Cause as I said in Addy's post, from the movie and all it was pronounced Ah-duh, even though I always wanted to pronounce it AY-duh. But technically Aida would be AY-duh? And how, at least around here, we have pop singer Adele who's ah-dell, same beginning about. And Adelaides around here seem to be ah-dell-aid. Hmm!
Flora and Fauna? Lol I'm not sure who they are
I like Hazel either way, first or middle. Hazel Guinevere is pretty cute <3
Aw, I read two books with main characters named Gemma at one point, it had a random spike in popularity among books it seemed lol! I liked it from that character though, so pretty <3 Gemma Charlotte is cute
Ugg Maya is becoming trendy. In NH its in the top 100 names used! </3
Unfortunately not a fan of Matilda but at one point I liked Amelie nick name Millie. Hmm <3
Thanks so much girly!! Greatly appreciated!!
And to all, sorry I posted so many times!! This was kinda a long topic and it was easier to reply one at a time <3

Addy,

Yeah, I read it VYE byecause I have a friend named Violetta who pronounces it that way. But then again I have a friend name Ian who's parents use the pronunciation EYE-an instead of EEE-an, lol Violetta is super pretty, though
Aida is pronounced EYE-eee-duh (three syllables). But I like Ada, both pronunciations
And that's sweet honoring your best friend with Minnie
Haha I love your names!
Maeve & Nora do sound great together!

I agree with you that Clementine and Zoe compliment each other well. Mabel Caroline, Maeve Isabel, and Nora Juliet are all gorgeous as well.
I adore Phoebe, and Delilah sounds pretty with it. Would you like suggestions for other middle names for it?
Jane and Harriet are lovely too. I especially like the nickname Hattie for Harriet. Grier is not my style, sorry - it doesn't sound very feminine to me. I don't mind it as a middle name though. What do you think of Elizabeth Grier?
Elmira and Edith are a bit too clunky for me, sorry. Though I do like the nicknames Ellie / Miri / Mira for Elmira and Edie for Edith.
I love Millie, but it seems like too much of a nickname to me. Do you like Millicent, Amelia, Camilla, Matilda, Emily, or Melanie with the nickname Millie?
I think Mercy has a bit of teasing potential. It just doesn't seem useable to me.
I personally prefer Eleanor to Eleanora, and Rosalie to Rosalind. They're all nice though. Violetta is a little long, but I think it could work.
Ada is nice, but I've always pronounced it ay-duh... don't know if that's correct or not though!
I like Flora, Guinevere, Madeleine "Minnie", Gemma, Maya, and Hazel. I really like Minnie as a nickname for Madeleine... I never would have thought of that.

Mabel Caroline- Mabel isn't particularly my style, sorry! But I love Caroline
Maeve Isabel- Haha I accidentally misread this as Maeve Elizabeth don't know how lol! It's very pretty though!
Harriet- I think that the possible nickname Hattie is too cute <3
Jane- it's nice in itself but I would say that it needs a cute and spunky middle name or first name to spice it up a little
Nora Juliet- I actually really like this!
Phoebe Delilah (not sure if I want this combo to stay though)- this is cute I actually quite like the flow of it
Grier- hmm...I'm not sure about this one, sorry Julia Grier, Elmira Grier, Juliet Grier
Elmira- same as Hannah and MissJay I wanted to say Elvira!
Violetta (VEE-oh-let-ta)- I prefer Violet on its own but this is quite nice
Edith- I love the nn Edie but not sure about Edith, maybe Eden?
Rosalind- this is pretty
Eleanora (rather than Eleanor?)- I actually prefer Eleanor but I guess there are more nn possibilities from Eleanora
Ada (ah as in apple, then duh I guess)- with that pn it feels to me like something is missing from the beginning or the end, sorry
Flora- this is very floral and pretty, lol!
Guinevere- this just isn't my style
Madeleine "Minnie"- I love this!
Gemma- Uh oh...biased alert! I guess I quite like my name As for middle names, I'm a Gemma Louise
Maya- I actually prefer this spelling to Maia
Hazel- I love Hazel <3 it's the name of the main character in my favourite book and its just got such a nice sound to it.
Mercy- I had never actually thought of this as a name but I guess it sounds pretty cool
Millie- like
Hope I helped! (Wow I kinda overdid it with the smilies)

I do like some! Sorry, I've been mulling them over for a bit
----
Hannah, I always used to get confused Maia vs Maya and all... I always thought Maya should be may-uh. But I guess after the comparison to the race of people, the Mayans (which is apparently my-ans). And I guess Maya's spanish or something where ay comes out as eye? Idk. In the long run, it really doesn't matter :')
I think I'm going to mull over for a little bit longer.. and come back if I need more? With a more specific list haha
----
Addy, I can see why you'd read it that way haha! I think technicalities kinda get thrown out the window when you don't live in the country that has the name pronounced that way
Huh, I've never heard Aida pronounced EYE-ee-duh before! Name nerd in me is going to look it up now lol <3 (hehe, nameberry said similar! EYE-duh though haha, I guess one source says its arabic? Its pretty either way! I like)
Aw thank you girly!! I'm really loving how my name list is evolving <3
----
Thanks Meghan!
I do want other options for Phoebe and Delilah. They feel like a little much together </3
I love Elizabeth Grier, cause I'd definitely only use Grier as a middle name <3 Mike said no to Grier though, so I guess its only on my personal list.
Edith is a little clunky, but oddly thats what I like about it Same with Elmira <3 And I love the nn options lol
For full names for Millie, I dislike most full names for it it seems. I'm okay with Amelia and back adn forth on Camilla. I kinda like Camille, but unsure. I'll ask Mike about it and see.. though he's not approved Millie yet haha. He dislikes Amelia I know, but maybe he'll like Camille.
Mike doesn't like Mercy, so its on My List solely, never to be used. I can see how it'd have teasing potential though </3
I seem to lean towards long names haha. Long, old, clunky names I love both Eleanor and Eleanora though, I just love how Eleanora sounds like Ella-Nora <3
I was actually looking for names that I could use Minnie as a nick name for originally, and someone suggested Madeleine, which makes surprising sense
Thanks girly!!
----
And last but not least, Gems!
Hahaha well Isabel is the spanish version of Elizabeth, maybe it came to mind? lol
Huh, what is Elvira from? I've not heard of it before, yet it seems to pop up a lot! Is it a pop culture reference?
I do like Eden a bit, but it feels more trendy. I guess Edith actually feels fresh to me? Even before Edith in Despicable Me it felt young to me lol
Hahaha there is a bit of a bias here with Gemma! Lol <3
(And no worries on overdoing smilies, I tend to do that often haha!)
As for combo's, I like the below.
Harriet Jane
Harriet Yasmine
Harriet Sophie
Elmira Catherine
Violetta Hazel
Edith Caroline
Edith Fiona
Luciana Edith
Penelope Edith
Rosalind Eve
Rosalind Willow
Eleanora Cadence
Phoebe Eleanora
Ada Willow
Ada Maisie
Flora Guinevere
Flora Juniper
Flora Skye
Elizabeth Flora
Guinevere Jane
Guinevere Sophie
Cecily Gemma
Imogen Maya
Hazel Elise
Philippa Hazel
Mercy Arabella
Dahlia Mercy
Millie Saffron

There may be multiple pronunciations. I heard that one because my school did the musical Aida, and I'm always working backstage for our theater productions.haha I think the Arabic pronunciation is eye-eee-duh. I don't know though, haha.
