What are your thoughts on Marley?

I was browsing through Facebook and noticed that a friend of a friend just welcomed a baby girl today named Marleigh...I'm not too fond of this spelling, but I actually like Marlee a lot better. It's differend without going over the top. WDYT?

Also, what do you think of the combos:
Marlee Roxanne
Marlee Olivia
Marlee Hope
Marlee Rhiannon
Marlee Ava

Any input is greatly appreciated! <3

I love the name Marley. The spelling, Marlee, is very nice as well. I knew a girl who spelled hers Marli. From your combos listed, I am fond of Marlee Roxanne

I have mixed opinions on the name Marley. My husband's ex-sister-in-law was named Marley and she was absolutely horrid so it has a bad connotation to me but I really like the sound of it.
Out of your middle name choices, I really like Marley Roxanne!

I love Marley!! This is my favorite spelling of it as well, and it'd honor so many family members!! <3 I've been thinking about -lee/leigh names because my aunts middle name is Lee/Leigh, as is some other family members middles. And Mar- honors a couple people in the fam as well. So I have some bias ;) Though a lot of people do think of Bob Marley or Marley and Me (both good associations to me).

I don't care for Marleigh as a spelling at all, though Marlee is okay. It is different and not over the top. Though again, I love Marley as the spelling.

Marlee Roxanne - I think the styles clash a tad to much to me, but its nice
Marlee Olivia - pretty
Marlee Hope - I always think Hope to be filler, but it is pretty
Marlee Rhiannon - very pretty, I like
Marlee Ava - I think these go well together

I like Marlee Caroline, Marlee Violet, Marlee Natalia, Marlee Victoria, or Marlee Bay a lot though :) x

A friend of mine has a little girl named Marley (not sure on spelling) and she just had a second daughter who she named Skyler (again not sure on spelling).

I think Marley is one of the few cutesy little girl names that I think would age well and work nicely on an adult.

Of your combos I really like Marley Rhiannon & Marley Roxanne.

Not really for me, especially with the Marlee spelling. I see Marley and immediately -> Bob Marley. Not a bad thing necessarily, but not what I'd want to think about following a little girl's name. I can see it's appeal, it's fun and bouncy. It also ages better than a lot of the other -ley names, in my opinion. I see an older Marley easier than an older Haley or Harley or Carly. Maybe I see the Marley connection really strong because I'm in college and vendors are always selling Marley or Marilyn Monroe stuff because of the general attitude of college or something.

I like both spellings Marly and Marlee. I like Marlee Roxanne, Marlee Olivia & Marlee Hope. They are all pretty names and you can't go wrong with any of them.
