I personally like both names...I had Adalynn Roxette and Heidi Evelyn (nn "Evie") as favorites for a pretty long time
Out of the two, I think I prefer Evelyn. It's an older classic, but it's still fun to "revamp" it and make it sound more youthful and fun again.

I love the nickname Evie, and so based on that alone I choose Evelyn. But if you are planning on just using the full name, I'd choose Adalyn.
Hopefully that made sense.

I love them both, so I'm not much help. I love Adalyn nn Addie and Evelyn nn Evie. :-)

I prefer Evelyn. It's a much more classic name and is less likely to become dated. Also I love Eve or Evie as a nickname.

Both are nice, but I'm funny on Evelyn. Evie is my number 1 girls name, but I dislike Evelyn because I work at a store with Evelyn in the name, so it makes me think of botanist John Evelyn. Its lovely though!
Adalyn is very pretty as well, I've had Ada on my list for a little while <3
Very beautiful picks. Good luck!

Definitely Evelyn! It's so timeless, and the nicknames Eve and Evie are adorable.
Adalyn is also pretty, but I think it sounds a little trendy / cutesy. Addie / Lynn are cute nicknames though.

Hm, to me I like Adalyn more the Evelyn. It just has a sweet beauty sound to it, plus I think it's really cute spelled that way.~
