I've been searching for some new, fresher names that are different, but usable. I've come up with a few and would really appreciate some feedback!

Middle names for isolde i would say that Daenerys actually flows rather well to be fair..

I love Hadley, Isolde, and Freya for girls!

 

For the boys, I adore Fox, Darby, Lucian, Bear, Saxon, Levi, Chandler, and Baylor.

 

Isolde Freya would be lovely, and Isolde Hailey has a nice flow, though Hailey isn't for me. Maybe Isolde Leia?

 

For the boys, I'd definitely not pair Colden with Steele or Fox because it sounds like "cold steel" and "cold fox." I'd probably recomend Colden Matthew or something of the like. Not a word. 

 

Silvanus Brandt has a really handsome feel.

Lucian Bear is absolutely perfect as well.

 

Of your Saxon combos, I think Baylor Saxon is my favorite, but I also adore Levi and Chandler.

I love Guinevere, Isolde, and Freya! Another one similar to Isolde is Ismae. I've never thought about pairing Guinevere with Snow but it's absolutely gorgeous.
