I don't know if this has been done before, but I thought of this whilst a crying Jayde was being rocked to sleep my my Saint of a roommate, Isabelle.

Anyways here's the idea. The first poster will describe a family and/or give the DH/DW thing for a family. This is followed by three options for their child's name. The next poster then picks the name from the options and then creates their own family. Does this make sense? I'm terrible at explaining things. I think its kind of a mix of "Name My Baby", "This Or That", and possibly a bit of "Add to the Adventure" because of the options. Here's an example:
