Literally just come across the name Ann Elise as to the opposed Anneliese

I'm not a fan of double firsts or Ann as a first name by itself. I adore the name Annaliese, though.

I feel like it would only cause confusion, but I do really like Anneliese.

Personally when I see a name that could be combined (like Rosa Lynn or Anna Belle), it just seems very awkward because I'm so used to it just being one word instead of two. So I prefer Anneliese, and I agree that it could cause confusion like Addison said.
