Ive always thought it would be cute to have names that are similar but not in the traditional sense.
I love all the Alexander/Alexandra/Alex/Alexa/Alexis names so I think it would be cute to have b/g twins each named with one version but one as a fn and the other as a mn. And then have the other name share a similar intial

Like Luke Alexander
and Alexa Lillith

and the same with b/b and g/g twins
Anna Charlotte
and Camilla Avery

Lucas James
and Jacob Levi

Let's see I know some twins, mostly from my school day, Which wasn't that long ago :P

Kan (KAHN) and Kat (KAHT) (b/b identical)- At school they would always go Can (CAN) and Kat (CAT). They were of Thai decent and we were rather close.
Ayesha (I-EE-sha) and Amena (uh-men-ah) (g/g identical) They were of Bangladeshi decent. I think I spelled Ayesha wrong and it wasn't Aisha.
Melody and Melanie. (g/g fraternal) Melanie and Melody were of Indian decent and I think their names are too close, good thing they didn't go by Mel :)
Mavic and Austin (b/b identical) Not sure where Mavic came from maybe Maverick???
Jon and Jonelle (b/g fraternal)I don't like this combo at all. Jon is the boss and Jonelle is the elaboration on his name, I think they picked his first.
Oscar and Miguel (b/b identical) Nice pair I think.

That's it!

I was in so much shock I barely spoke, when yesterday, two adorable twins stumbled upon me in the store, and I found out that their names were Today and Tomorrow.

I just found another set:

Identical girls named Annie and Gracie. I like those names as nicknames, but don't they seem very close for twins?

  • Interests:LOVE - my family, friends, house, cooking, golfing, being irish, music is so fun, though never have been blessed with anything close to talent. parties, especially pool parties rock! names OF course and nicknames on my children are always enjoyable since there are so many!, having red hair, shopping, tennis, beach.<br />HATE - that my eyesight is getting worse, navigating my way through cities, thinking about ever leaving my town, when people butchered my maiden name(it was straightforward), sticky things, ridiculous prices at our movie theatres, driving(though it's inevitable that i do drive).

COLTON and Emmet rock!!
Today and Tomorrow is so mean :)

I would love to meet April, May, and June Triplets, even though they probably wouldn't like that. I'ms ure someone's done that. My dad's second wife's name was Nina and had a twin Dina and Nina had a daughter Tina. Wayyy too much for me!
