Some people get a little too...um...creative sometimes!  lol

Camreigh, Kamree (girl) - Car name for a girl.  Yuck!
Tadeon Rex - No idea what they were going for.  Rex is okay, but I prefer it for a dog.
Axlie Judith - At least she has her middle name to fall back on.
Alessia Persia - I have no problem with Alessia.  Persia was a place, not a name.
Everlee Kaye (girl) - A misspelled surname for a girl.  Kaye isn't horrible, but I'm still not a fan.
Oakley, Oaklee, Oaklynn, Oaklyn (girl) - I'll never understand this trend.
Emersyn (girl) - Hate the trend of respelling names with -y's to make them more "feminine".  It doesn't.
Neveah, Navaeh, Nevaeh - Nevaeh is tacky enough already.  The others don't make it any better.
Lynnlee (girl) - Lynn is not traditionally feminine, neither is Lee and putting them together doesn't change that.  Maybe if it was spelled Linley and it was a middle name, it wouldn't be as bad (though I still don't care for it either way).
Princeton (boy) - Naming your kid after an Ivy League university is not cool!
Brantly (boy) - Bradley or Brant would age a lot better than this.
Wrigley (boy) - I just think of the gum and the baseball field.
Atom (boy) - Adam is great, Atom...not so much!
Lylian - Worst spelling of Lillian I've ever seen.  Lillian is lovely, Lylian is a nightmare!
Memory (girl) - Good name for a future exotic dancer, not for a baby/child or a professional adult.
Epic (girl) - Way too much to live up to!
Loxley (girl) - The sound of it is unattractive.  The first part reminds me of salmon, like on a bagel and tacking -ley/lee/leigh onto a name does not make it more feminine.
Aalaya (girl) - Too many A's!  Maybe Alaia?
Brynnlee - Brynn on its own I can somewhat tolerate, but Brynnlee looks/sounds terrible.
Kaesyn (boy) - Trying way too hard to be different.  He's still gonna blend in with kids named Cason B, Kason D, or Kayson S.
Dodger (boy) - Save this one for a pet.
Draycn (boy) - *face palms*
Ayedan (boy) - Aidan is okay (too trendy for my taste but the traditional spelling I can deal with in small doses), this is a mess.
Rae 'Shawn (boy) - The "Rae" spelling might get him mistaken for a girl.  Shawn doesn't help either, as it doesn't clearly indicate gender (though it's a boys' name originally and that's the gender I associate it with).  The apostrophe is unnecessary.
Cayleb - Horrible spelling of Caleb.  Why do people have to ruin names like this?
Khodi (boy) - What's wrong with Cody?
Bencen (boy.  Sibling: Keslynn) - Benson is okay, Bencen makes no sense.  Luckily, he could always go by Ben.  Keslynn is terrible too.
Arrow Gatlin  (boy) - Words are not names.
Lejend Ray (boy) - Too much to live up to, and it's misspelled.
Paisley Chanel (girl) - Paisley is bad enough, but paired with Chanel, it feels flimsy and I can't picture an adult with it.  She's only gonna be a kid for so long, so she should have a name that will grow up with her.
Brixton (girl) - Horrible for a boy, even more so for a girl.
Braxton (boy) - I can't get that certain association out of my head.
Valkyrie (girl) - At least she can go by Val.
Azaylee (girl) - Azalea or Zelie would be a lot nicer.
Lyrac (girl) - Awful!
Azlyn (girl) - Maybe Ashlyn, or better yet, Aislinn or Aisling? Those age better than Azlyn.
Ameilya - Another classic name ruined.
JaLyn (boy) - No clue how to pronounce this one.  Jay-lyn or something else?
Aliceson (girl) - Why not Allison or Alice?  This spelling is a nightmare.
Brittlyn (girl) - I just hear "brittle" and "Ritalin".
Abraela (girl) - No idea on this one.
Kynder (girl) - Maybe Kimber instead?  Kinder/Kynder is a hard "name" to live with.  It's setting her up for unrealistic expectations.
Curbie (boy) - This is child abuse...or it should be.  Kirby is unusual and video game character aside, it's a lot less likely to cause problems for the kid.
Kynnedi (girl) - Hate Kennedy for girls, but I think I hate this one more.
Emberlee Kay (girl) - Terrible!  I just think of wood-burning fireplaces when I hear Ember, so it doesn't feel like an actual name to me.  The -lee ending is overdone.
Juliyah Elizabeth - Is it that hard to spell Julia correctly? Julia Elizabeth is gorgeous, Juliyah is awkward.
Skarlett Mae - I don't care for Scarlett much, but it's familiar enough that most people won't have trouble with it.  Skarlett is bad.
Addix Kade (boy) - I don't get the first name.  Kade is not my style, but not completely awful either.
Airrie Mae - Maybe as a nickname for Arielle, Ariana, or something similar?
Aunya Marie - Anya is already kind of unusual.  Why misspell it?
Adrain Ledrew (boy) - o.O; Adrian Drew would have been better.
Avarey Rayleigh (girl) - Bad enough that they're misspelled, but both names also share the -ee sound at the end.  It doesn't flow.
Brailey Christine (girl) - Christine is good, Brailey is odd.  Reminds me of braille.
Ciylee (girl) - I give up on trying to pronounce this.
Carrera Porsche (girl) - Carrera is surname-y, Porsche is a car.  Try Portia instead.
Henslie Justine (girl) - Awful! But Justine is okay.
Huntleigh Rose - Yet another surname misspelled...for a girl.
Holdin Leigh (girl) - Holden is a boys' name and the combo sounds more like a phrase or something.
Haylynn Michelle - Why not just Hayley Michelle?  It's not as common as it used to be.
Icely J'Lynn Michele - No comment comes close to how I feel about it.
Innocence Nicole - What if she grows up not to be so innocent? Let's hope she chooses to go by her middle name.
Kyler Moon (girl) - Secretly related to Sailor Moon?  lol
Kreed Jaxxon (boy) - Kreed sounds too close to greed and the spelling of Jaxxon instead of Jackson is bad.
Khalessi Storm (girl) - Yuck!
Kenzleigh Lane (girl) - Not feminine and doesn't age well.
Kash Leelynn (boy) - Lee or Lynn, not both!  Or go with Leland.  I also don't like Kash/Cash as a name, as it's another word for money.
Laylin Onyx (girl) - Too close to "laying" for me, and Onyx feels masculine.
Pixie Josephine (girl) - Pixie is not an appropriate name for a human.  Better for a pet.  Josephine is lovely.
Pearson Hill (girl) - Sounds like a law firm, not a little girl.
Ridgley Hannah - Ridgley is not feminine.  Not even unisex.  Hannah is pretty.
Remington December Snow (girl) - Too word-y, and Remington reminds me of the gun so I'd assume this was a boy if I heard it.  December Snow is too much.  I'd suggest using one or the other and pair it with something traditional to balance it.
Tylie Lou (girl) - Tylie is awful.  Too close to the masculine Tyler.  Kylie is a nicer alternative.  As for the middle name, Louise sounds more polished for a girl than Lou.  It would give her more options if she hates being called Ty or Tylie.

Any other odd names/spellings you've seen or heard lately?  Can be from an online nursery or something you've come across in real life.

I like Judith, Elizabeth, Rose, Josephine, Mae, and Alessia either as FN's or MN's, and I'm okay with Marie as a FN.  Those are nice classic names.  Not a fan of Lane or Lou, but can deal with them as middle names for boys (prefer them as nicknames though).

Oakley and Kyler are too surname-y which makes them masculine and words like Arrow, Paisley, and Moon don't feel like actual names.  I can't picture those for adults.

I work at a childcare and we have a few interesting names, some are just misspelled and others, I wish I was able to ask their parents how they came up with what they did.

Girls:

Hyatt (Younger sister of Frasier)

Frasier (Older sister of Hyatt)

Whitley

Hayli (Older sister of Harli)

Harli (Younger sister of Hayli)

Anvita

Boys:

Carmine

Abram (not a strange name, but interesting to hear used)

Multiple Carters, Connors, Jacks, and Maxs

Not too many, but a couple that you don't hear every day. I don't always like creative or different names, but there are a couple here that I might use: Hyatt (probably as a nickname), Abram and Carmine I could see myself using.

When we've exhausted all the "-ley" and "-lynn" ending tryndi names, what will we turn to? I'm placing my money on "-ita" or "-ette".

Abram is handsome.  It's on my favorites list.  :)  Carmine reminds me of a certain ingredient used in food (it comes from a type of insect and it's commonly used in foods/drinks that are red, like some candies and drinks that we thought were vegetarian, but actually aren't for this reason).

I don't mind Connor, Jack, or Max, but they're too popular for me.  I can't wrap my head around those girls' names.  Hayli would have been okay though if it was spelled Haley or Hailey.

I too used to work at a daycare center and there were kids named Riellie (pronounced like Riley.  She had sisters named Sidnie and Maddison), Remmington (girl.  Everyone called her Remmie, which is a lot better, aside from the spelling.  I think Remi or Remy look better and are easier to spell), Alizé (like the drink), and Sevion (sev-ee-on.  His brothers were named Montreal, pronounced Mon-trel, and Adrien.  I actually like the name Adrien, though I prefer Adrian).  And an Alyvia.

I agree with your prediction that -ette might be the new -leigh/ley/lee or -lynn.

Wrigley would be so cute if it had a strong meaning for the parents! And I bet it does! No one would use Wrigley without a strong reason.

There's actually quite a few decent names on here so.

Ciylee - i believe it to be Kylie.

Carrera Porsche - that may well be a bit much however they should get some recognition for naming said daughter entirely after the porsche carrera ~:D

The spellings may be different to the norm but the names arent some of the worst ive heard, Most are related to tv shows that parents watched and got stuck on he names. Bit like me with Clary - from shadowhunters-  I wouldnt use clarissa.. but i am fond of clary

Also i know a pixie.. My friends little girl is Pixie-Belle.

Most of these names actually made me cringe while reading (Brixton, Loxley, Memory, Icely, Lejend). And others are just trying way too hard to be unique by using different spellings: Kaesyn, Kynnedi, Juliyah.... wow. I still cant comprehend the use of ridiculous spellings just to try making a common or trendy name stand out. It will just end up being harder on the child when he or she goes to school and starts looking for jobs. I couldnt imagine keeping a straight face if the person I was interviewing was named Innocence or Valkyrie.

Some people can be so extra with names/name spellings, lol.

Camreigh, Kamree (girl) - Cameron would work just fine. Don't know why this is needed.

Tadeon Rex - No comment, honestly.
Axlie Judith - Never heard such an atrocity.
Alessia Persia - Alessia is a beautiful name. I think of Alessia Cara. Persia is okay, because it would fit in with all the place names, but both ending in the -a sound is what drags it down.
Everlee Kaye (girl) - I like Everleigh - not spelled this way. Kaye is a good filler name, but not a fan.
Oakley, Oaklee, Oaklynn, Oaklyn (girl) - This is too much. Not a huge fan of Oakley, but it's just okay in my opinion.
Emersyn (girl) - No. Emerson, yes. Like you said, the y is extremely unnecessary in most cases.
Neveah, Navaeh, Nevaeh - I don't mind Nevaeh. It's okay. Good luck to those not in America, though. Heaven would be a big name to live up to - not a fan. I have a cousin with this name.
Lynnlee (girl) - Ridiculous. Lynn or Lee. Pick one.
Princeton (boy) - No.
Brantly (boy) - Brant would be a fine name. I don't get all the -ly additions to already nice names.
Wrigley (boy) - I think of gum as well.
Atom (boy) - Ugh. Why? Seriously. It could just be Adam. That's a handsome name.
Lylian - Not a fan of this horrible spelling. Lillian is much better.
Memory (girl) - Nothing to say.
Epic (girl) - Like you said, too much to live up to.
Loxley (girl) - Never heard anything of the sort.
Aalaya (girl) - Not even sure what this name is supposed to be with this atrocious spelling. I guess it would be Aaliyah, which I have heard.
Brynnlee - Just NO. I love the name Bryn (boy or girl), but adding an extra n to it and -lee to the end, is just a big no-no. I don't know why everyone thinks they need to do this. Bryn or Lee. Pick one.
Kaesyn (boy) - Cayson is cute. I do not like all these K names.
Dodger (boy) - No....
Draycn (boy) - What the heck is this name? Goodness.
Ayedan (boy) - Aidan. My goodness. WHY?
Rae 'Shawn (boy) - I hate those names with apostrophes in them.
Cayleb - My favorite boys' name ruined! NO. This is horrible.
Khodi (boy) - Yeah, Cody is just fine. I will also mention that I have a cousin who had a dog named Kodi, which is cute (and she was named after Kodak), but this is ridiculous.
Bencen (boy.  Sibling: Keslynn) - Okay, really? Benson would have worked.
Lejend Ray (boy) - No.
Paisley Chanel (girl) - I knew somebody who named their daughter Paisley. It's cute, but you wouldn't take it seriously when she is 90 years old. And Chanel, I always think of Coco Chanel, which is probably how it became so trendy.
Brixton (girl) - Never heard this name. Don't like it.
Braxton (boy) - All I can think of is Toni Braxton.
Valkyrie (girl) - No.
Azaylee (girl) - Yuck. Azalea would be cuter.
Lyrac (girl) - Lyric is much nicer. I don't understand this.
Azlyn (girl) - I actually hear Aslan when I hear this.
Ameilya - Nothing wrong with Amelia.
JaLyn (boy) - Dislike 100%.
Aliceson (girl) - This is mediocre. Alice and Allison are two completely different names and they somehow thought combining the two would be a good idea. *facepalm*
Brittlyn (girl) - Awful. Instead, they could go with the combo, Britney Lynn. Much nicer.
Abraela (girl) - You know, I think this sounds abrasive, haha.
Kynder (girl) - Unreal.
Curbie (boy) - Yeah, this is borderline child abuse.
Kynnedi (girl) - I love Kennedy. This is horrible. It almost looks as if someone threw this name in Google Translate from another language, and this is what came back.
Emberlee Kay (girl) - I like fire names. They add some spunk, but again with the -lee at the end. It has to be done right, and this is not one of them.
Juliyah Elizabeth - I don't care for the name Julia, but I would take that over this. Elizabeth is a classic, pretty name at least.
Skarlett Mae - Scarlett is pretty. Hasn't anyone heard the term, "If it's not broke, don't fix it?" Seriously.
Addix Kade (boy) - Addison would work for the first name. What the heck even is Addix?? Cade would be okay. Kade is just another example of the awful K names.
Airrie Mae - Not a fan. Mae is a classic filler name, though.
Aunya Marie - I like Anya. But, this is awful. At least Marie is a good filler name.
Adrain Ledrew (boy) - Is this a misspelling of Adrian? Honestly, this makes me cringe. Andrew could work for the middle name, although it may be a mouthful.
Avarey Rayleigh (girl) - Why not just Avery!? It's a very cute name. And it sounds like they were horribly trying to rhyme that with Rayleigh, and by the way, what the heck kind of name is that? Riley is cute, but that's too many -y sounds, and they are both unisex. I love unisex names, but if I named my son or daughter a unisex name, their middle name would be masculine/feminine, for a more powerful name.
Brailey Christine (girl) - This is an odd combo. Christine is too much of a classic name to go with all these modern names.
Ciylee (girl) - I guess it's supposed to be Kylie? Goodness me. This is one of the worse spellings I have seen.
Carrera Porsche (girl) - No to both.
Henslie Justine (girl) - Henley Justine would make a fine name. Not really. And I have never been a fan of Justine.
Huntleigh Rose - No. Rose is pretty.
Holdin Leigh (girl) - Holden is cute, but not for a girl. At least Leigh is the middle name, and its's not Holdinleigh, as that seems to be a common theme (or Holdinlee). Gosh, that would be a mouthful. But, I'm sure somebody out there has made that a name.  <_<
Haylynn Michelle - Like you said, but I would go with Hailey.
Icely J'Lynn Michele - Extra, extra, extra.
Innocence Nicole - Too much to live up to. Nicole is pretty, but doesn't make sense with this.
Kyler Moon (girl) - Sounds like somebody forgot the S on the same. Skyler is a cute name. That would've worked. Honestly, Moon doesn't bother me too much. Reminds me of Soleil Moon Frye, which by the way, since Soleil is French for "sun," her name would be "Sun Moon Frye!" Wow. And there's also Moon Unit Zappa, which I won't even get into, lol.
Kreed Jaxxon (boy) - Kreed!? What in the world? Creed wouldn't even be cute. What is wrong with Jackson!? That is a handsome baby boy name. This is atrocious. Some of these people are on drugs, I swear.
Khalessi Storm (girl) - Yuck is right.
Kenzleigh Lane (girl) - Mackenzie could work, but not this. Lane is a boy's name.
Kash Leelynn (boy) - Do not care for Cash as a name at all, and Kash just makes me despise it even more. Leelynn, seriously? Lee could work, and Lynn is a girl's name nowadays.
Laylin Onyx (girl) - Doesn't make any sense.
Pixie Josephine (girl) - Not a fan of either. And Josephine is way too classic of a name to pair with Pixie.
Pearson Hill (girl) - Reminds me of McGraw-Hill.
Ridgley Hannah - I love the name Hannah, but I'm not sure I like that for a middle name.
Remington December Snow (girl) - Yes, way too wordy. Not opposed to word names, but these are all words. Remington is a strong, masculine name. No place to be a girl's name. I guess Remi could be adorable for a nickname.
Tylie Lou (girl) - Horrible. Hate both names.

Some of these names are cute (SOME), and some could be cuter if it weren't for the atrocious spellings. I don't understand why people have to be so extra with their baby's names. I understand that some people want their child to stand out (which is fine), but quite a few of those names, most people wouldn't even know how to pronounce. I don't think these parents understand what their child will have to go through with these names. And many do not age. Most of these I cannot imagine on an older person.

I have also heard some pretty bad names as well.

No Smoke - What in the actual **** is that?! - That's child abuse!
Maygin - Another atrocity that is the variations of Megan. This is the reason I do not like my name. Megan, Meghan, and Meagan are okay, but when you do Megyn, Meaghan, Maygin, Meegin (Yes, I've seen this is well!), it just seems way too much effort than it's worth. People always spell my name wrong, and it shouldn't be hard. It's just two syllables.
Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow - Somebody told me they knew someone who named their children these "names."
Kipling - I have a cousin with this name. I think of Rudyard Kipling or Kipling, the company.

Many more that I cannot think of right now.
