So I was watching a tv show the other night and one of the girls was named Thalia (Th-aay-lee-uh). I actually really like this name a lot and I think that it's really unique, the only problem I have is that a lot of people can't pronounce it the right way and end up saying Tah-lee-uh.
What do you guys think of this name? I think it would be perfect for a little girl and possibly to avoid mispronunciation I would spell it differently, probably like: Thaelia as to emphasize the TH-aay in the beginning of the name. So uh WDYT? and what kind of middle names do you think go best with this name? I personally like Thaelia Grace, but I'm open for suggestions since I'm just brainstorming now for fun and don't have any plans to have a baby anytime soon :)

I love Thaelia! Especially since I wanted to name my (possible, future) daughter Taeh until people nagged and convinced me enough not to spell it that way. <_<

I think of the character in the Percy Jackson series. Funnily enough, her surname was Grace, so she was Thalia Grace.

It has a nice connotation though in the Greek muse of comedy :)

I've never heard Thalia prn Th-ay-lee-uh before, always the Tah-lee-uh prn. It's not necessarily wrong, just a different prn and not the one you prefer. Tbh I think if you want the first prn then Thaelia is the right way to go about spelling it, because a lot of people will assume the second prn on seeing Thalia (I did).

Thaelia Grace is cute.
