So, a lot of my favorite boys name that I see myself using have similar endings...
Wilder
Finn
Asher
Lincoln

Harrison
Wilson

The bottom 2 both end in -son...are they usable for siblings? What about my top 4 names...do they go despite 2 ending in -er and 2 in -n?

I like a lot of these names, especially Wilder and Asher. I don't think the similar endings are too much for siblings, the only ones I wouldn't put together are Wilder and Wilson. My favorite sibling combinations from these are Asher and Wilder or Lincoln and Harrison. You might also consider:
Archer
Bennett
Flynn
Anderson
Oakley
Holden
