Roll the dice to determine how many children you're having. Roll again to determine the sex of parents and children. Even female, odd male. If you roll the same number more than once in a row, you get multiples (twice is twins, three times triplets, etc).
You can chose how many dice/ sides/ etc to make however many or few children you'd like. Feel free to do multi-generation if you want I guess.
