This is just a question out of curiosity but would you find it odd if you came across a sibling set that included (for example) both an Arthur and a Guinevere, since they were a married couple?

Or another famous couple, like a Helen and a Paris (male), or Elizabeth and Darcy, or even Romeo and Juliet (somehow to me this one would seem weirder than some fo the others)

Or even something Biblical, like Mary and Joseph, or Abraham and Sarah or Adam and Eve

I have thought about this many times as well. I would not find most pairs odd, especially if it wasn't intentional (names like Mary and Joseph are common and not everyone is religious so it can just happen without that kind of thought.) However, I would find it very strange to meet siblings named Romeo and Juliet because there is not much room to believe that the pairing of those was not intentional. And a few of the pairs you specifically mention would probably be used for sisters these days anyway (Elizabeth and Darcy, Helen and Paris) which I would not find odd at all! Hope this helps you!

The only one I would consider strange would be Romeo and Juliet.

Actually what brought this thought up for me currently (though I've debated it before when wanting to have twins in a story named Helen and Paris) was a baby name I was playing where I was doing a mythology/llegend theme with names and had two siblings (of 19) were Arthur and Guinevere.

Which brings up another question? Does it make it not as weird if you have a larger sibset with all names from the same theme. For instance would Romeo and Juliet be less weird for siblings (since that's the one that stands out  as he most weird) if there were seen children all named after Shakespearean characters?

I would still find Romeo and Juliet a strange pair for siblings even if there was also a Viola, Ophelia, and a Lysander. I think it's just one of those stories that everyone knows even if they haven't read it.

I would find the pair strange, even if they had 10 more siblings named after Shakespeare's characters.

My cousins, who are twins, are named Mary and Joseph. The funny thing is my aunt chose one name and my uncle chose the other, without consulting one another. It was a complete fluke. But I still always felt that it was a weird twin name combo, considering Mary and Joseph were a couple.
