If it is pronounced CON-LEE then I think the spelling Conley is best.  The other two would be more likely confused as Connelly (Con-UL-ee).

 

I think Connery is more recognizable (i.e. Sean Connery) however it also has more of a surname-y feel.

I agree with Katie.  I like the spelling Conley best.  However, I think Connelly and Connery are more recognizable and thus useable.

I agree with Katie as well. I know someone with the surname Conley actually, so I prefer that to the other spellings you had. I do prefer Connnelly and Connery best though.

Conley, Connery.  I would prefer just Connor.  Of the two, I like Conley best because I am more familiar with it (I knew a girl with the last name of Conley).
