I have a cousin Alivia who spells her nickname Livi, which I think is really cute. Otherwise, I prefer Livvy with two v's just because it looks more like it's pronounced, to me at least.

Agreeing with Jenna, I prefer Livi. But I would go with Livy, since Livvy looks more like Liwy to me.
