Lea.

I've been doing a lot of namestorming (out of boredom) and came across this one. I was really just looking for a first name to go with the middle name, Sparrow. I'm actually LOVING it! <3 Thoughts/opinions/feedback?

I'd be pronouncing it "Lay-uh," not like Leah (Lee-uh). It has roots as a French name, and I never really gave it any thought! What do you think of the spelling/pronounciation?

I have a few combos, but none that I really LOVE, except for Lea Sparrow, but it's not usable because the last name would begin with S.

Lea Gwendolyn

Lea Roxette

Lea Guinevere

Other than that, I'm out!

I'd appreciate any suggestions you have, thanks loves!

I must admit seeing Lea..i would pn Leah. I think its a beautiful name and i am really loving three letter names at the moment, esp Noa.
Personally i would spell it Laya or Layah to get the correct pronunciation otherwise it could become frustrating for the child to be constantly correcting people.

Out of your name combos i love Lea Roxette, its very unique.

other middle names you may like:

Caroline

Isobel

Isadora

Persephone

Pearl

Beatrix

Carmel

Vivianne

Aurora

Blythe

Anwen

Bronwyn

I love the spelling! But I feel like it would always be mispronounced :( I think Leia or maybe Laya or Leya might work? I looove Leia <3 I think the combo Lea Sparrow is adorable! I don't typically like Sparrow, but I think it might be growing on me from the combo :) I don't see why Lea Sparrow wouldn't be usable with the surname starting with S... :(

I love the combos you have. Lea Guinevere is so pretty! I adore Guinevere <3

I agree with the above posters, I would definitely pronounce Lea like Leah, so I'd spell it differently to get the pronunciation you want.

Leia Sparrow is very pretty, and I wouldn't worry about the last name starting with S; it'd be different if the middle ended in S.

Thanks for the feedback! Helps me out a lot  :)

As for the spelling, I think I really like Remy's suggestion; Leya. Too odd? Maybe just Leia. :P

I also really love you guys' combos:

Leia Isobel

Leia Persephone

Leia Bronwyn

I don't think Leya is too odd. People will definitely pronounce it right. Leya/Leia Persephone is gorgeous!

Leia Isobel is beautiful!

I also like Leia Persephone.

I think for the pronunciation, Leia is the nicer spelling. Lea would always be mispronounced, but Leia is gorgeous.

I agree with the others, I pronounced it as lee-uh when I read it. I do love the name, especially spelled Leia. Quite refreshing after Layla's popularity :)
