I have an Anna in my family, and she uses the first, but there have been people that I've met that spell it the same but say it differently.

I'd say Cah-lum, but out of the to I prefer Cay-lum. I prefer Cah-lum too because it sounds more boyish. I hope to have a future son named Callum ^^
