I suggest using the 'male' name Antonio and her 'female' name as Antonia.

I have several trans friends, and am currently dating a transboy, so this was a really good post to come across. Makes me happy there's going to be more trans representation in different medias. Just a quick tip: chosen names don't always reflect given names. You may expect things like Andy/Anna, but in reality you're more often to find pairs like Jordan/Zeke. Some alliterative name suggestions:

Logan/Lila

Kevin/Kiera

John/Jenny

Max/Maddie

Arthur/Amelia

Colin/Catherine

Sam/Stephanie

etc.
