Hi Everyone!! Thanks for reading...

My DH has a unisex name (Cortney) and if we have a son he wants to pass on his name to him. I was considering doing the same if we have a girl too...like Ryan Elizabeth

What do you think? For your daughter's name are you considering powerful/strong or girly?

I'm due in December, and the name we've chosen for a girl is not very powerful at all. Her name will be Amelia Juliet. In fact, it makes me think of princesses and lazy Sunday afternoons.

My first daughter's name is Evy Marie and my second one Isobel Rose. None very powerful/strong at all.

I'm not too much of a fan of unisex names (my son has a very normal boy name: Noah Patrick). I like some like:

Darcy (girl) and D'arcy (boy)
Corey (girl) and Corie (boy)

i really like some unisex names some work better for one sex or the other but are ok for the opposite. i dont think i would set out to find a unisex name though, i would rather love a name and decide that it works both ways. thats kinda what we did with our current pregnancy, we dont know yet if its a boy or a girl but either way the name will be Dalen just different spellings and middle names

There's a lot of unisex name in my family (like my name, lol) so I tend to lean away from them. But they can be fine. I really don't care for the extreme Michael, James, etc on girls. But I have a niece named Ryan Chase, and a sister named Ryan, si I tend to see Ryan as a more feminin name. But when a girl has a more masculine name, I think the male should have a really strong name, (like Ryan Chase's little brothers name is Thomas Michael), but thats just my opinion. I hope I helped!

I really don't like unisex names Like my GD's mn is Rowan which sounds like aboy's name to me
My best friend's name is Payton so I'm see is as more of a girl's name
I love the nn. Cam on either sex though
