We like the name Duncan, but does it go with the family name Donovan?

For a first and middle?
Duncan Donavan is kind of a mouthful, but if you really love it, I'd say go for it. It's a middle name that most people won't ever see/hear anyway.

It's a bit much...but if you love it, do it.
Is Donovan in this case the surname, or a family name you want to use as the middle? I thought the former, initially, but can understand why a previous poster would assume the latter.

Three very different middle names, but I like them all!
And if it's the middle name, I think it could work well-Duncan Donovan Jones, Duncan Donovan Davis? Both fine.
