A friend of mine, Kelly had her baby girl yesterday. They named her...

Karlie Lanier Hardy

Lanier is a family named that has historical links to our area. It is pron. Luh NEER.
I like the middle name they picked but I'm not to sure about Karlie Hardy plus I see much confusion down the line with mom's name Kelly in the mix.

Another friend of mine was supposed to be induced last night. She was expecting a baby boy. I haven't heard yet what they decided to name him but I'll update this when I do. Last I heard they were trying to decide between Anthony David and Joseph Anthony Jr.

Karlie Lanier sounds pretty nice! Congrats to the Hardy's on their little girl! <3 It's cute how Lanier has meaning to you all and all :) Though, I agree that Karlie Hardy does sound a tad awkward <3 And I can also see how Karlie and Kelly could get a tad confusing! Its not as bad as Hayden and Aiden, but they still are fairly close in starting with K's and ending with the eee sound! <3

Hm, I hope you hear from them soon! Both Anthony David and Joseph Anthony Jr would be handsome! <3

I just heard yesterday that they decided on the name ...

Joseph Anthony Jr.

I think they are planning on calling him J.R. to distinguish him from his dad (Joseph/Joe) and grandpa who is also called Big Joe. Though I want to suggest calling him Jay since his initials are J.A. or maybe J.J. for Joseph Jr.

I plan to go over and see him after work. Can't wait! :)
