Andersyn Rose - The overall combo is lovely. Although Andersyn is quite masculine and a name I would prefer more for a boy, I can see it working for a girl and Rose softens it a bit. I also absolutely ADORE the nickname Andie for a girl. Have you considered the name Anniston?
Quincy Elliett - I like both Quincy & Elliett as girl names, but together the name is very unisex and leans more masculine with only the spelling of Elliett to indicate it may be a girl. If you are open to other suggestions, what about...
Quincy Rose
Quincy Charlotte
Quincy Violet
Quincy Elizabeth
Quincy Elaine
Quinn Elliett
Elliett Rose
Elliett Monroe
Elliett Anniston
Elliett Quinn
Kensington Monroe - Kensington is my least favorite of your first name options, but of these three combinations it is the clearer pink combination.

Kensington Monroe - for me it's Kensington sounds like a boy name and the combination of these names is not girly and nice
Andersyn Rose - my favourite pair of names, I like Rose, Andersyn sounds good and it's unique, uncommon name
Quincy Elliett- Quincy is for me like a nickname and I don't like Elliett
My winner from your names is Andersyn Rose
