Jaymes/James is definitely too masculine for a girl.  Dylan is also too masculine.  Spencer is okay, but Sloane is best.  How about Monroe?

Here are my ratings, 1 being best, 5 being worst.

1. Monroe

2. Sloane

3. Spencer

4. Dylan

5. Jaymes/James

I'm really not fond of masculine names for girls. (I have an angry feminist rant on that topic that I won't get into.) The only one from your list that I like is Sloan. Here are some middle names I like with it:

Sloan Hester

Sloan Bellamy

Sloan Ariel

Sloan Beverly

Sloan Artemis

Sloan Garnet

Sloan Briar

Sloan Rebecca

Sloan Hermione

Sloan Audrey

Sloan Carol

Sloan Veronica

Sloan Heather

Sloan Ardis

Sloan Hyacinth

Sloan Charlotte

Sloan Rachel

Sloan Rosalind
