So I've heard these names recently, some are more uncommon than others, but I was just wondering your guys' opinions on them? Whether you would ever use them for your own child?

girls:

Alaska

Arizona

Bridie (bry-dee)

Boys:

I really like Alaska, Lux, and Clancy.  Arizona is nice enough, but not my personal taste. Bridie is too close to Birdie that it is confusing, imo. Like you accidentally misplaced the letters. And I would have said "brih-dee," not "bry-dee" by looking at it. Kidren is not my style, I don't like that it includes "kid" + ren, It's like another way to say children (child + ren).

Not a huge fan of Kidren, Alaska or Clancy.  Arizona and Lux are okay but not my style.  Bridie is interesting, although I prefer Birdie or Brida.

I saw a new one today, a girl named Cozi. Thought that one was interesting and different.

Alaska- I wouldn't use this name for my own child, but I think it's pretty.

Arizona- Again, I wouldn't use it myself, but it's not a bad name.

Bridie (bry-dee)- I don't hate this name; it has an interesting sound. But I have agree with Addison on this one. It looks to much like mixed up the letters in the name Birdie. I would prefer Briony, which has a similar sound, but doesn't look as confusing.

Lux- I've been seeing this one a lot lately. It's not really my style. It has always seemed kind of like a nickname to me, though I'm not sure for what.

Clancy- I like this name.

Kidren (kid-ryn)- I like the sound of this one, but it kind of looks and sounds like a character from a fantasy novel. Not bad, if you don't mind that association (which might only be me anyway. XD ).
