I've recently fallen in love with Tiago. I'll never use it since it's the same as using James which I already plan on using. But I love the sound and it sounds better to me than Diego.

Opinions? First/middle name suggestions?

How's it pronounced? It sounds really interesting but also quite different. I don't know if I like it or dislike. Lols. But none the less it's interesting in its own way.

Sounds like someone took the name Santiago and shortened it to Tiago as a nickname. Not my style but not awful or anything :)

How is it the same as James? Does it have the same meaning, is it the equivalent of James in another language? Just curious.

I think it's one of those names that are really cool for other people. Like if I met someone named Tiago I'd think "Wow, what a cool name!" But I would never use it. :)

BNR was close. Tiago (Tee-ah-go) is a variation of Diego (James) that comes from Santiago (Saint James).

I like it because it is different and more unknown that James which seems so common even though I've never met a baby James.
