I like your names, they're all pretty. Unique spellings are NMS though. It doesn't change the uniqueness of the name. Paityn Emaline is still Payton Emmaline. It just makes it more annoying later when you have to correct people all the time. (ie: Cathrine instead of Catherine/Katherine, Paityn instead of Peyton/Payton, Makenzy instead of Mackenzie, Kayte instead of Katie, Kyndal instead of Kendal (?), etc.
