I like a lot of the names on your dislike list so you might want to take that into consideration before putting too much weight on my advice. But I think Kinley is so lovely and unique that it needs a sweet but simple middle name that doesn't try to compete with it. From your list my fave is Kinley Rose. I know many consider Rose a filler name but I think it's beautiful esp with Kinley. Next to that I like Kinley Ember but something about this combo makes me think of kindling as in firewood.
I'll suggest:

Kinley Wren
Kinley Winter
Kinley Lenore
Kinley Lorraine
Kinley Cate (this one is kinda odd but fun to say)

Hope that helps!

Hi! I like Kinley Rose. I think you need a girly middle name as Kinley has a masculine touch to it, but only a bit. GL!

Love:
Autumn - Nice enough
Rose - too filler for my taste, but something like Rosalie would be nice
Renne - not a fan
Savannah - Very cute!
Ember - Not my style, but not bad
Madison - Okay
Madilynn - I really don't like the spelling, I think it takes away from the name. I suggest either Madeline or Madelyn
Danielle - Not a fan

Dislike:
Lauren - I like this, but it's a little L heavy with Kinley
Alaina - Not good in flow with Kinley
Olivia - Not good in flow with Kinley
Brooke - Okay, but not my style
Cecelia - Very cute
Peyton - too unisex, it would make Kinley really ambiguous
Mae - love!
Elise - L heavy with Kinley
Elaina - not the best flow-wise
Brianne - Not a fan
Charlotte - Adorable
Harper - Cute, but still a little ambiguous
Piper - Very cute, but a bit trendy to have both Kinley & Piper
Willow - cute
Seirra - not a fan
Diana - Very pretty, I like how it makes Kinley sound more sophisticated
Deann - not a fan
Taylor - cute, still a bit ambiguous
Anastacia - I love Anastasia, but not your spelling, sorry. Pretty name, though, and nice with Kinley
Ava - Cute with Kinley
Annalise - Pretty
Brielle - not a fan
Sophia - Beautiful name
Caroline - nice name, cute with Kinley if you like alliteration names
Ella - not a fan
Stella - cute
Ashlynn - not a fan
Madeline - pretty :)
Talia - not in flow with Kinley
Rae - not a fan, very masculine to me
Cheyenne - not a fan
Juliet - beautiful name, but I don't like the sound with Kinley
Saige - cute, but too ambiguous for Kinley
Noelle - not a fan
Brynn - pretty, but still ambiguous for Kinley
Salem - not a fan
Shea - not a fan
Layne - not a fan for girls or the spelling

Okay:
Amelia - love this name!!
Addison - my name, haha. Still a bit ambiguous but not bad
Eden - still ambiguous, but I guess this name is mostly female these days. pretty sound with Kinley
Summer - Very nice with Kinley
Rayne - not a fan
Elaine - not a fan with Kinley
Annabelle - Very pretty

Thank you. I was wondering about Ember. The names on the dislike list are names I suggested & my husband said no to. Personally i love most of them but they are the names we both agree on.
