So my daughter's name is Anasyn. And i am trying to think of other unique but not overly weird names for our next child. If we have a girl, I want her name to start with A.

What do you think of....

Aralynn? (Air-ah-lynn)

Do you have any other ideas on names that aren't TOO crazy?

One of my new favorites (and it pains me to say this because I'd like to keep all my favorites to myself :) ) is...

Adalay (add ah LAY)

It is similar to Adelaide but without the LAID sound at the end which bugs me. The traditional french spelling is Adelais, but Adalay is valid and I like it a bit better because it won't cause so much pron. confusion.

Adalay is REALLY pretty! (and just to make you feel better, my husband would probably not like it.) =P

I kinda like Aralyn, cause it has a nice sound. And have considered adding it to my guilty pleasure like. But I wouldn't use Aralynn myself <3 (I do much prefer it with one n though)

Aralynn and Anasyn don't match well together either, in my personal opinion :) I'm unsure why, but the matching syllables and everything bothers me haha! Especially with the stress on the same syllable and all. I feel like they might get confused together or run together or something. But again, thats just personal preference.

I do love Adalay though! I think that'd sound gorgeous with Anasyn

Other A names you might like... (sorry if theres any repeats!) :
Amalia
Agnes
Alia
Alaina/Alana
Ariella/Arielle
Audra
Anya/ Aine
Aurora
Aliza
Astrid
Aisha
Acacia
Adalia / Adaria
Ainsley
Anais
Aria
Ariadne
Adele
Aurelia (I love this one, with nick name Aura. Aurelia Fern is on my list!)
Arden
Allegra

The ones I highlighted I actually found on a list in NameBerry that are all below the top 1000 in the SSA name charts! http://nameberry.com...-than-you-think is where I found this list, and it has a 'click here' link to see all the other names that are below the top 1000, but it didn't work for me... I'm guessing my computer must be confused or something! :L Oh well, I thought those were all interesting. And if your looking for middle names, and you want unpopular ones, maybe that might be the place to look! :)

Hope i helped!
