I know girls with all three spellings, and I'll admit, I prefer the cute and simple Lily. It's easier to spell and easier on the eyes.

I like Lily best. But I also like Lilli--especially if its a nickname for Lillian

Lily is definitely the easiest to spell. and it makes sense,, after all the plant is just Lily unless there's more than one
