Suggestions for middle names are in italics. I got the idea you preferred traditional for boys.

boys:
peyton nicholas-- I don't like payton, so I'd switch it to Nicholas payton.
elliot matthew- nicely balanced.
tyler joseph- I like Joseph more, so I'd switch this as well.
liam alexander
levi daniel
derek james
mitchell andrew

girls:
katelyn elizabeth grace*: my favorite of your list. I prefer the spelling Caitlin myself, but I like Kate. Grace is a bit predictable there, but the combo overall is nice.
alyson rachel- Don't care for Rachel, but I really love Alison. Without the Y :)
olivia danielle- Hm, I prefer Olive. Danielle is not my style.
jordyn mcclure- Dislike Jordyn, and Mcclure is obviously a last name.
makynzie blaine- Too tryndee.
harleigh brooke- Not my style.
cali louise. Cali is a nice nickname. Have you thought of Calista as a full name?
raegyn danielle- raegyn is too tryndee, danielle is NMS.
kennedy Elyse- Elyse/Elise softens up the hard sound of Kennedy.

laiken & carter scream boy to me, I'd avoid using them on a girl if I were you.
If you're dead set, please consider a feminine middle name that could open up some more options or nicknames.

e.g. Carter Elizabeth/Eleanor -- sounds a bit awkward, but if your child hates carter, she can go by Ellie.
Laiken Jane- Jane is the epitome of classic and feminine, and it gives you an out if laiken becomes too much.

On the same pattern, here are some more combos:

Carter Isabelle
Carter Vivienne
Carter Emmeline
Carter Liliana

Laiken Isabella
Laiken Victoria
Laiken Savannah
Laiken Sofia

wdyt? good luck!

Of the boys, I like Elliot Matthew and Tyler Joseph. I've never liked Peyton. I don't see the attraction in this name. I like Liam and Levi also. Liam Jonah and Levi Russell come to mind.

As for the girls, the spellings of Raegyn, Harleigh, Jordyn and Makynzie scream teenage and tryndee. I would stick to the original spellings of these. I agree with Nadia on Carter and Laiken. They are all boy to me. So is Harley. Mcclure doesn't sound very attractive for a girl. I actually know someone in the military here in Afghanistan with the last name McClure. Cali is a nickname, and isn't enough to be a full first name. I would say to go with Calista Louise. I like Katelyn Elizabeth but I think Grace is a bit much with it. I like Kennedy for a girl, and I like the suggestion of Kennedy Elyse.

thanks everyone
and yes, mcclure is a last name.
my great grand maothers maiden name,
and it is the only name of hers that i like, so i was wanting to use it as a middle name.
and i thought it matched well with jordyn.
and i am a teenager, which is why i have this thing for trendiness.
but im getting over it.
sticking with mostly common spellings.
like alison, makenzie, and im over harleigh.
