My name is Ivy Alexandra Bester. When I was 23, shortly after graduating from Wesleyan University, my boyfriend Ray Douglas Kilpatrick proposed to me on our one year anniversary. We were married the next year at a beautiful vineyard. Our wedding colors were lavender and white and we took a roadtrip honeymoon, driving from our hometown in New Hampshire down the eastern seaboard.
One year after our wedding, I found out I was expecting twin girls! Ray and I were excited to welcome children into our family, but we were also nervous at the thought of raising not one, but two babies at the same time. I ended up going into labor on Easter sunday and gave birth to two healthy little girls on March 24th.
A year after Eliza and Bea were born, Ray and I decided to start trying for another baby. Three months later, my pregnancy test came back positive. To support our growing family, we moved to a three-bedroom modern apartment. We gave birth to a handsome baby boy on June 19th.
A year after Milo was born, I found out I was pregnant again with a baby girl. Ray and I had to convert our home office into a nursery, which we decorated with a zoo theme. I gave birth to our daughter on August 7th.
