Imo the names are to short to use similar endings with but I guess it depends on your last name... If you want to use Karina as a keepsake or because of the name meaning, it's a variant of Katherine so you can always use a different variant...

Elliana Karina doesn't flow too badly, just very frilly sounding, but the two names will not be used together a whole lot day to day so if you love it it would be fine.
I do like the suggestion of Elliana Caitlin though.

Eliana Karina is beautiful and will flow best if you have a single syllable last name or one that doesn't end with a vowel.
