Name for baby boy.

Ok. So I just starting righting a story. I have the names of the two main characters, but not the name of their soon to be born newborn son.

A little about the story:
Millie: 17 years old. Was married by force at 16 years of age. (Not 100% sure of the reason why.) is now pregnant with her first child. She is very small, blond haired, blue eyes, drop dead beautiful. Feeling conflicting emotions about the pregnancy and not sure that she is ready to have a child. (Middle name needed for her.) She is very dependent on others, but also is able to understand what others are going through very well. Does not have any experience with taking care of children. She was always babied because of a severe medical condition that she had growing up.
Jacob: Nickname is Jake. Married to Millie. 17 years old and very athletic until he got into a situation. (Do know what yet.) brown haired, blue eyed. Has an identical twin brother, but Jake is the more muscular of the two. No experience with children, but is very protective and would defend his baby and his wife with his life.
Baby: No name. Will be a good looking boy with brown hair and blue eyes. Unborn.

Any ideas? All names are welcome.
Sorry if this doesn't make much sense.
