I've recently been introduced to the nn Kitty, as it's traditionally short for Katherine.

Well, I like the nn Kitty, but Katherine is NMS.

Can you think of any full names that could have the nn Kitty?

I've got nothing.

You could just call her Kitty as a nickname.  There's no rule that says the nickname has to be related to her given name.  In To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee, Scout's real name is Jean Louise, nothing like Scout.   :)

I personally prefer Kit to Kitty but both are adorable.

These are the only ones I can think of..
Katerina (Caterina/Catriona)
Katerine (Caterine)
Kathleen
Katelyn (Caitlin)
Katelina (Catalina)
Kate
Katya
Kalista (Calista)
Kirsten
Kristen
Kristina
Kristiana (Christiana)
Also Kadence (Cadence) or something similar but it's more of a stretch.

(A lot of these I personally prefer with a C rather than a K but I think it works still. Just like Kate being a nn for Catherine. I just find that with a C it feels cleaner to me)
