My husband and I love the name Hayleigh. We are pretty stuck on it. But we are having the toughest time trying to figure out the good nicknames to call her. The name is kind of long and I DON'T want to call her just Hay. I need some help.

i think you could escape calling her hay more easily with changing the spelling. the hay really sticks out to me with this spelling. if it was hailey, hayley, or haleigh, i would like itmore. destiny pretty much covered all the nns i could think of.. i like hale/hales or hal or leigh.

The only other nickname I can think of would be Hales. Not many nicknames for that name

My sisters name is Hayley. We called her Ley-Ley when she was younger, and Hales now she has gotten older.

I think Haileigh is one of those names that sounds like it is already a nick name.

Lee-Lee is the only one I can think of that is really a nick name.

Haileigh is already short and sweet though.

Like:
Annie
Lily
Bella
Mia

What is her middle name going to be? Sometimes middle names help with nick names.

How about just Hayleigh? but spelled Hailey?

Hailey is a beautiful name! and I think you should leave the nicknames for her friends to come up with

A little girl in my class was named Hailey, her parents called her Lele, maybe not shorter sylable wise but cute.
