I've never been fond of Hunter on a girl, personally. I wouldn't say that Hunter Layne sounds too harsh, necessarily, but it is a bit masculine for my taste. Here are a few suggestions for possible replacements for Hunter in the combo. (I didn't know what kind of names you wanted, so I tried to suggest names from a mix of styles).

I love the name! It's beautiful, unique, and strong! If you still want to change it AND still keep the unique strength that Hunter brings, I'vw always loved the name Marley.
Isiana Marley Layne
Hope this helps! Good luck!

I agree with the other two - Hunter Layne sounds masculine, but the overall name flows nicely. What about...
Isiana Hallie Layne
Isiana Harper Layne
Isiana Hera Layne
Isiana Hillary Layne
Isiana Holly Layne
