We love the name Jakeb and call him Jake. Does it seem corny to spell it Jakeb? We've also been tossing around middle name ideas and we'd love to share with you to get your opinions...

Jakeb Ashton, Aiden, Tristan, Kaiden, Tucker, Garrett, Darian, Jasper, Trace, Reid, Piper, Mason, Kaylan...I could go on and on...see why we need your opinions!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I much prefer Jacob, sorry!! I think Jakeb would be misspelled all the time. Jacob is the number 1 baby name in America for 2011! Which means its similarly popular for 2012 <3 There would be many little Jacobs running around, and every time he introduced himself he'd have to explain "its Jakeb, with a -keb, not a -cob.

I get where your getting it from, but I don't think it'd really be helpful. I don't see it as corny necessarily, just doesn't catch what I feel like your aiming to get.

I like quite a few middle name options though! Including... Ashton, Aiden, Garrett, Darian, Reid, and Mason. Tristan, Kaiden, Jasper, and Trace just aren't my style. And I have Piper on my girls list <3 I think of Piper Perabo when I hear Piper :)

GL! And I hope this helps!

I am personally not a fan of Jacob, just because of its popularity, but alternate spellings aren't so bad.

Jakeb, however, looks a bit off. Have you considered the spelling Jakob?

As for your middle names, I really like Tristan, Tucker, and Mason - in that order! :)

I feel that the spelling Jakeb would give you a different pronunciation then Jacob. Do you plan on pronouncing it Jake-ib?

Of your middle name options, I think Reid & Ashton go best with "Jacob"

If you're going to use the K I think Jakob looks a little better in my opinion. Jakeb just doesn't seem right. As for middle names:

Miles
Orrin
Bentley
Yannick
Luke
Greyson
Connor
Ross
Oliver
Reece
