Boys:

Robert Kain "Rob" Robert after my guy's father (and it's also his middle name).

Henry Jonathan I've always loved the name Henry (and it's also Fauxlivia and Peter's son on the TV show Fringe...so cute!), Jonathan is my guy's name.

Eric Pacey Eric is my guy's best friend, Pacey is Joshua Jackson's character on the TV show Dawson's Creek.

Zachary Micah "Zach" Zachary is such a classic name, and my middle name is Mika, and Micah is the masculine version.

Noah Wilder Noah is classic, Wilder is the surname of a poet, I think?

Joshua Atticus "Josh" Joshua is another classic name that I love, and Atticus is after the character in To Kill a Mockingbird.

Walter Gray "Walt" I love the nickname Walt, Walter after a character from Fringe, Gray after the late Paul Gray from Slipknot.

Avery Cruz I love the name Avery for a boy, and I'm not sure I'm completely sold on Cruz, but I thought it sounded good with Avery.

Silas Griffin "Sy" Silas is a great name, Griffin because I love mythical creatures and the middle school I went to had the griffin mascot.

Rose Lenore Rose is classic and beautiful, Lenore after the character from Edgar Allen Poe's poem.

Molly Regan Molly after Flogging Molly (and my first American girl doll's name was Molly!), Regan from Shakespeare's play King Lear.

Stella Juliet Stella is beautiful, Juliet from Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet.

Eden Sonnet My first cabbage patch kid's name was Eden and I have always loved the name, Sonnet is a name my mom really liked (plus I am a poetry nut!).

Lucy Willow Lucy is classic and gorgeous, Willow is also beautiful.

Jacqueline Poet "Jackie" Jacqueline is after my best friend, Poet because I love poetry.

Violet Lyn "Vy" I love the name Violet, Lyn is the middle name of my poetry teacher (and role model).

Rebecca Artemis "Becca" Rebecca after my guy's mom, Artemis because she's a strong goddess.

Bridgette Sicily "Bridge" Bridgette after my guy's sister, Sicily because I'm Sicilian.

Wilder I associate more with Thornton Wilder, who is more known as a playwright (Our Town and The Skin of Our Teeth). That is, unless you're thinking of Oscar Wilde, who was a poet and a playwright (The Importance of Being Earnest).

That being said, I like Noah Wilde over Wilder. Odd coincidence: The second act of The Skin of Our Teeth is a metaphor for Noah's Ark.

I was thinking of Wilde, thank you! I honestly love both Wilde and Wilder...we'll see! (:
