When I first saw it I thought it was pronounced zah-lee-uh, like Dahlia with a Z. It's not terrible, but it's not my favourite.

I thought the same as Hannah :( I think I'd prefer it spelled Zalia or Zaylia. The "ah" in the middle is what really makes me think ah rather than ay.

I know a girl whose name is like Dahlia with a Z, I don't think it's spelled with an X however

 

I don't really like it; it looks like it'd get mispronounced a lot.
