I was watching Yo Gabba Gabba with my daughter and one of the little boys was named Maxton. The more I think about the name; the more I like it. I don't think I would ever use it though because of "Max". I have two friends who named their son Max. Well, one is George Maximilliano nn Max and Maxwell Allen. If it does continue to grow on me, I see more middle name potential. What are your thoughts?

I really like Maxton, as well as Maxwell, Maxfield and Maxim. Max is a great name for short!

I really like Maxton. I'd never heard it until you posted it, but I've always loved the name Max, but never liked Maxwell or Maximilian.

I find it a bit difficult to say. I want to say Maxon and have to think about pronouncing the T every time. However, I do adore the nn Max.
