Georgia is a very good choice, not too overused and neither too modern nor too old-fashioned. What I personally don't like is a double middle name, it is such a handful to say
From your list I would prefer Georgia Louise it sounds smart and very sweet/feminine. Just consider that the similar ending "se" of the middle name and beginning of the surname make a bit of a hissing noise when pronounced sloppily. From your other suggestions, I would be careful with a middle name that also ends on a like the first name, although I must say Georgia Olivia does sound good. Rose is quite sweet and would fit, if it is your style!
From the other suggestions made so far, Georgia Mae stands out, it pops up quite often and has a very nice sound in combination with your surname.
Another that comes to mind that I think would fit is Georgia Elaine. Giorgia Elaine Seedsman sounds like somebody I'd like to meet.
