AND, I of course love thinking of baby names even though that is a VERY far in the future thing for me because I'm still young!

What do you think of the name Gracyn? It's pronounced like Grace- IN. It's really starting to grow on me. I just wanted some outside opinions :]

I love it! I also love Grayson on a boy which is similar.

I agree with Ash, and Greyson on a boy is adorable Tori! :]

There's also Grace-Ann, but Gracyn is VERY nice IMO.

That's exactly how I feel! It's just not usually what I like and it just sounds so nice.

I like Gracyn!
Prefer Gracelyn.
I hate Greyson on a boy! It is sorta dog-like to me, not to be offensive.

I am not hearing a difference between Gracyn and Grayson/Greyson. I do like Grayson on a boy. But like I said, Gracyn sounds exactly the same.

That is a good point, Lilah.

With Gracyn, I pronounce it Grace-in

Greyson is pronounced (IMO) Grey-son or Grey-sin.

The girl name has the Grace part pronounced whereas the boy name says Grey. Does that make sense? Probably not.

I understand what you're saying. It makes complete sense. However, try saying both names out loud, rather than reading them. There is no difference to the sound. When you say Gracyn, you don't pause in the middle of Grace and in, therefore it sounds exactly like Greyson. That's like saying Jaycyn and the actual name Jason sound different.
