I'm helping out at a summer camp type thing for kids this week and I've heard some odd names, along with some cute names. I'll list the newsworthy ones and I'd love to hear what you think! There are a lot more than this that I like, to be clear..haha.

These are all 2-6 year olds.

Tanner (only girl I've ever met with this name...seems masculine)
Geneve (pron. Jen Eve)
Dallys (Dallas...)
Juniper
Scout

Linda (I don't think I've seen this on someone under the age of 40 in a while...haha)
Kennalie (kennedy with an L instead of D, I guess)
Ming Lou (and to be clear, she is NOT Asian, she is very European looking...Blonde hair, green eyes, pale skin, and freckles...)

Sharky (no, I'm not kidding, and no, it isn't a nickname)
Briley (sure, I've met a few before, but I just think it's adorable)
Titus (I know a few of them already, but I can't get over how cute it is)
Memphis
Bronx
Prince
Romeo

Bill (not a nickname, and I haven't seen it on anyone under 40 in a while...)
Deeks (I think it is probably a nickname, but for what I do not know.)

I like:

Juniper

Scout

Romeo

The other day I met a cute sibset: Hattie and Fred :3 Hattie was short for Harriet, but I'm not sure if Fred was short for something. I thought it was adorable :)

I also met Dawson, Matthew and Lucy. Which I thought was cute too.

Hmm! I did like a few.. Juniper, Scout, Titus, and Bronx are alight. Tanner is very masculine to me, as well as Dallys. Geneve is nice though not my style, makes me think of Geneva or Genevieve. Linda is nice though of course feels pretty dated. Kennalie isn't the worst but I'm not a fan. And Ming Lou is interesting. Maybe it honors a loved one? Very cutesy. I don't see it aging well though :(

Sharky would be a fun nick name. Briley I've heard but I don't love it for some reason. I love Riley, and I love Briar, but its almost a mush. Trendy lately. I don't love as many B names for boys tbh. Memphis is alright, just again not my style. Prince.. I dislike it. Seems like it'd have teasing potential to me. Romeo I have personal associations to and I dislike it greatly. Bill is okay, haha.. like I imagine it cute on someone elses kid though definitely dated. Maybe it honors someone? :) And Deeks is interesting, sounds foreign to me.

I'm not a huge fan of unisex names, but I do like unexpected boys names on girls. They somehow feel chic. I find Tanner interesting on a girl, I've also only known a male Tanner but it is an unusual enough name that I find it could work on a girl.

I love Juniper.

I new a guy in high school with the last name Briley and he was often called by his last name. I find this a very wearable surname-name.

Bill is a bit odd, I've also seen George used on someone younger than me and I found it a bit odd.
