Sophia Louise or Sophia Primrose - Not sure I can decide on this one; both names are pretty.
Monica Siobhan or Monica Faith - Monica Siobhan
Rose Alexandra or Rose Juliet - Rose Alexandra
Helen Juliet or Helen Gabrielle - Helen Juliet seems like it flows better; if you want to use Gabrielle, you could try Lydia Gabrielle?
Lydia Jane or Lydia Jade - Lydia Jade
Emma Katherine or Emma Lucille - Emma Lucille
Saida Rose or Saida Marie - I'd go with Saida Rose, only because Marie seems really common and filler these days.

Jacob Nolan or Jacob Declan - Jacob Nolan
Owen Seamus or Owen Brady - Both are nice - this might sound random, but I think Owen Seamus seems to work better with a last name having one or two syllables, and Owen Brady works better in one with three or more.
Alexander Helios or Alexander Kai - I would say Alexander Kai; Alexander Helios seems a bit long to me.
Gabriel Finn or Gabriel Noah - Gabriel Finn

Sophia Louise
Monica Siobhan - I don't care for either. Siobhan feels hard paired with Monica and Faith feels dated and uninspired.
Rose Alexandra
Helen Juliet - Prefer Helena
Lydia Jane
Emma Lucille - Both are nice. I chose Lucille only because it is the more original choice.
Saida Rose

Jacob Nolan
Owen Seamus
Alexander Kai
Gabriel Finn

Helen Juliet - both are nice
Lydia Jane
Emma Lucille
Saida Marie

Girls:
Sophia Louise or Sophia Primrose -- Louise doesn't appeal to me that much. Primrose seems adequately unique with Sophia.
Monica Siobhan or Monica Faith --the other combo doesn't sound bad at all, but the Irish name definitely spices things up a notch.
Rose Alexandra or Rose Juliet-- This is hard. Not for the names themselves, but for the combos. As far as names, I know I love Juliet wayyyy more then Alexandra. But, the flow of the first one is better. I'm gonna go with my favorite name, but know that they're both great.
Helen Juliet or Helen Gabrielle-- Gabrielle equals too many frills in my book, and it's kinda more trendy-ish than Helen.
Lydia Jane or Lydia Jade-- it has this classic, romantic Jane Austen feel to it, which I'm sure you don't mind. Remember, Jane always beats trendy Jade. Wink.
Emma Katherine or Emma Lucille-- I think this is the hardest one for me. Lucille is so pretty and underused.. great with Emma. But Katherine. Oh, Katherine. Since I'm forced to find a downside to one of the names, I'd say Lucille has double consonant like Emma, and it might look like too much...? Oh, who am I trying to kid. Seriously, just name your kid Emma Katherine Lucille.
Saida Rose or Saida Marie -- Dunno, both look kinda bland. Rose adds the pretty factor that Saida lacks, in my opinion :P

Boys:
Jacob Nolan or Jacob Declan-- Love Declan, really. I only choose Nolan because there no recurring sound like the C in Declan, but I'm just desperate. LOL.
Owen Seamus or Owen Brady --Ah, glorious Irish vibes. This name spells handsome and seamless, thumbs and every other finger and toe up.
Alexander Helios or Alexander Kai -- Alexander just needs the mythical, mysterious feel that Helios has. They're made for each other, stick to it!
Gabriel Finn or Gabriel Noah-- You been trying to test me, yes? Haha. I love Finn, that much you know. But I'm sounding a sort of clipped, unfinished business when saying the names together, despite the fact that I love them. So Noah gets my vote for a middle name.

:)
Sorry for the unnecessary, overly long commentary, Rosie. I'm just irritatingly loquacious like that :)

Thanks so much for your feedback, everyone! (Especially you, Naddie :) I always love your comments, so you don't need to apologize)

If anything, I'm more torn and confused than ever haha. You guys are really making me think about each combo and the ups and downs to each. So I'm going to leave my own comments with some new questions if you guys are up to giving me some more feedback:

Girls:
Sophia Louise or Sophia Primrose--This one might be one of the toughest for me. I love Sophia Primrose because it sounds delicate, pretty, and unique, all things I look for in a name. I love Sophia Louise, because Louise has a spunky, fun feel to it that just gives the name personality. Louise is such a great, underused name that works perfectly for a middle, i feel. it might feel dated and old fashioned as a first name, but it really adds something to Sophia, yes? Anyway, Sophia is still a name I'm unsure about using, because of its popularity...so for now I'll leave this one undecided.
Monica Siobhan or Monica Faith---Monica Siobhan is one of my favorite names right now. I think Siobhan gives Monica a nice, unique feel that Monica would lack on its own...with Faith, it's a little blah, but still pretty. I'd have to be feeling pretty brave to use a name like Siobhan, even as a middle name. But for now, Monica Siobhan is the combo of my choice.
Rose Alexandra or Rose Juliet---actually, neither of these are really doing it for me. Rose Alexandra sounds a little blah to me...like the substantial, almost masculine feel Alexandra has takes away from the simple, delicate beauty of Rose. But it's one of the only names I have found that works nicely with Rose. It's nearly impossible to find a middle name for this perfect middle name! Rose Juliet isn't bad...there's something I really like about it, something that works...but Juliet is the middle name I have reserved for Helen, and Helen and Rose are certainly two names I'd love to use together in a sibset, so I can't very well pair both with Juliet. I'm still looking for that perfect middle name for Rose, so if you guys have some suggestions, please, let me know.
Helen Juliet or Helen Gabrielle--Helen Juliet wins by a long shot here...i only bothered posting this one because I might use Juliet with Rose, if it came down to that, and then I'd have to resort to Helen Gabrielle, which is still pretty, but it's not perfect like Helen Juliet
Lydia Jane or Lydia Jade---I like Lydia Jane just a pinch better. Like Naddie said, there's something about that old fashioned, Jane Austen feel I adore...Jade spunks up the same a bit, but I do like the soft, pretty feel of Lydia Jane better
Emma Katherine or Emma Lucille--another tough one. I have realized why I like Emma Lucille so much though...my sister has a friend named Emily Lucille, which is probably where my subconscious dug it up from when I became obsessed with the name Emma...so would that be weird, to name my child a name so close to my sister's best friend? I guess it depends how much this friend is a part of her life when I have kids...But about the actual names....this one is very much like Sophia. Katherine offers that more subdued, pretty feel, while Lucille is fun and spunky. Again, Emma is common, but more timeless and pretty than Sophia, in my opinion, so I'd probably use Emma over Sophia, but for now I'm unsure if I'd want to use Emma...
Saida Rose or Saida Marie---I am so in love with the name Saida right about now. I know, I saddled it with two of the most common middle names, but I think it makes a unique, almost weird name have a comfortable, familiar feel to it...and I really think both Rose and Marie make Saida sound really pretty, which I'm not sure it would have that feel on its own....Saida is a name I'm still trying to figure out exactly what its appeal is to me...I like Saida Marie a little bit better, but I'm pretty sure that's my gym teacher's daughter's name, which is where I heard this name in the first place. So again, if my gym teacher is far out of my life when I end up having kids, it shouldn't be a problem...but Rose would be the better choice if she happened to be. BUT I would love some more middle name options for Saida, if you have any, because though both Rose and Marie are pretty, they still fill a little eh....

Boys:
Jacob Nolan or Jacob Declan--Declan was more to try to honor my Irish heritage. I have paired Nolan with Jacob for so long now that I can't really like any other name quite as much with it
Owen Seamus or Owen Brady--I'm leaning toward Owen Seamus. Owen Brady is cuter, but Owen Seamus has more personality and that slightly unique feel I love
Alexander Helios or Alexander Kai--these names are so completely different, that its hard to compare. Alexander Helios has such a neat, mythological feel to it, while Alexander Kai is just plain cute...I don't think I'd end up using Alexander though, because I only like Alexander, none of its nicknames, and I almost certain it would be impossible for it not to be shortened in some instances...
Gabriel Finn or Gabriel Noah---I'm leaning toward Gabriel Finn, if I don't end up using Joshua Finn, one of my other combos...I'm starting not to like Noah as much as I thought I did...

Thanks again, everyone for your feedback. I think I do have some more definite decisions (for the time being :P)

I understand everything you said :'D YAY ME! :P

I see what you mean about wanting to use Helen and Rose as a sib-set, though I'll say I think Helen Juliet sounds better than Rose Juliet.. :')

I love all of your combo's. Monica Siobhan, I am starting to adore! It's so spunky :D

Dude, be BRAVE!!! The middle name spot is perfect for creativity :)

I think Emma and Sophia are awesome sib-sets.. but at the same time, quite simple.. (that's why I love them though)

So if you decided to chose between them.. Emma would be my winner.. It's just so classy! Emma Sophia is also cute if you couldn't choose :P

Primrose is starting to get under my skin.. I can't decide if I love it.. or if it's not for me..

I'm still leaning more towards Roseanne, Rosemarie and Rosalind.. but I'm loving 'Plain' Rose so much more!!!!

To me, Lydia Jane is so much nicer! I don't like how there's a hard 'd' in each name.. Jane is softer and more classy in my opinion :) To me, Lydia is pretty spunky on it's own!!! <3

Saida will always be Zayda to me.. But I love how unique but beautiful it is. I see what you mean about making it more 'familiar' and I always say that it's 'safer' to use a simple but classy mn with a more unique fn but I think there are other ones you could use that would still spice it up ;D Just got to find 'em is all!

Jacob Nolan is AWESOME :D KEEP! If you don't, I might have to snatch it from you missy!

Alexander Kai is plain CUTE!!! But I see what you mean.. it depends on what your kid will prefer I guess. If he likes Alex then he'll most likely get his friends to call him that. If he likes Alexander he can always correct people ;)

Owen Seamus = AMAZINGGGGG :) It's cute but also not too uncommon (;

Gabriel Finn is my favourite simply because I love Noah too much as a fn.. like I prefer Grace as a fn rather than a mn..

Good luck honey bunch. :P Amazing names as always!!!

<3
