I would like to honor my friend Jose (like a father figure). Girl and boy suggestions besides Joseph and Josephine, Joe and Josie? This would be a middle name for the following possible names (if that helps).

Charlotte

Georgina

Oliver

Jude

this is the short list of fn. last name is Marlow

They are all variants of Joseph/Jose.

I think Charlotte Johanna flows nicely and is a beautiful name. I also agree with Viv and think Oliver Josiah would be a good way to honor Jose as well.
